your atm card will always decline and you have to call customer service every single day to get it cleard. absolutely horrible. im going bank to my credit union. and no 24 hr phone customerservice to resolve any issues

I would recommend Chime bank account before this place. Every problem I had they made it worst.

No follow up and no follow through. I had two assistant managers assist me at two different times and neither one of them completed the task they committed to. I opened two basic accounts so we can get established with the bank and start doing business with them with only $100 in each account and their fees slowly ate away all of my money. And that after both of the assistant managers informed me that my account shouldn't be getting fees taken out of it. I'm not sure what the problem is but this is a terrible bank

I would give 0 stars if I could. Too many issues to list here. Avoid Comerica Bank. The staff are nice, but no help. They have no more knowledge or authority than the website. The phone system can take an hour to get to a live person and they cannot do much either. Apparently no employee has any authority to do more than read what a screen says regardless of all sides knowing it's erroneous information.

Needed to use an ATM before doing some shopping last Saturday night. Thanks to this amazing ATM, it ate my debit card and would not give it back to me. Maybe I will get a credit card now because I couldn't pull out money, nor could I use my debit card for purchases. So while the other I was with got to shop, I was able to sit in the car since it was pointless doing anything at that point. I was also looking forward to watching the Super Bowl and invited a couple friends over on Sunday. Well... I couldn't buy any food or go to the grocery store because all banks are closed on Sundays, and to remind you, I didn't have my ATM card. Lovely right? Ranting continued below... Called this morning because I had planned on leaving work early from Lake Forest to go grab my card from them. Well, the nice representative told me they destroyed it. I understand being the common sense person that I am its for my security, but I would have figured, they would have given it maybe an hour or two after they re-opened today on Monday morning, to see if the owner would call or come in to retrieve it. Now I have to order a new card and be without it for over a week. Now I have to go into my bank to pull out money since I don't have my debit card to use because your ATM ate it for no reason. Thank you Comerica Bank, I appreciate your ATM and I appreciate you destroying my ATM card without giving me 20 minutes after you opened to call and inquire about it.

Saturday morning 7:50 a.m.!! This bank has no deposit envelopes available at their ATM machine to deposit checks! Great way to prepare for the weekend people! (I can't say this in the most sarcastic manner) Some of us work during the day and are unable to walk into the bank and deposit or checks during normal business hours! This bank is a joke and highly recommend banking elsewhere. Day 2. Here I am Sunday morning..still NO deposit envelopes! Unbelievable!!!
