Went in looking for a new wallet found one that I wanted but they didn't have the smooth leather like I wanted, Laith went above and beyond to find this piece for me. Laith seriously did everything called several stores out of state for me and wait in hold, along with calling numerous outlet store to try and find my wallet. Even though I was discontinued Laith helped me find something comparable that I would enjoy just as much. Laith even gave me the product number and told me to keep checking the outlets and was sure it would pop up soon!!! If you need help with a smile and someone that cares deeply for their job id recommend asking for Laith. Never had a better experience before at a retail store. Thank you!!!! I love my wallet!!!!

Returned a gift with tag was going to purchase a purse triple the value.And would not give me store credit. Do not buy anyone a gift here.

Poor customer service! I called beforehand to have a bag set aside, on the phone they were so helpful and nice. In person I wasn't welcomed into the store and nobody offered to help me or even talk to me until I was at the register asking for the bag I set aside. Very disappointing, go to Irvine it somewhere else. It's not worth the time.

Service was the absolute worst, it was unbelievable. Walking in I didn't get greeted literally; didn't even get acknowledged they probably didn't even know I was in the store. I didn't even get asked if I needed help! But anyways I only came here in the first place since I was in the area and I had a question on a item I bought but since I felt so uncomfortable walking in I took a while to even bring it up to their attention, my gut feeling told me to just literally go to another coach but since this one was the closest to me I went. I went up to a girl I'm not sure what her name was but she had some kind of a little accent; I would've asked for her name but all I know was that she was some sort of manager or the manager and I was just also so upset at the service I just wanted to get on out of there; but I asked the young lady a question about my item bc it had a little bit of tear from the factory and it still hadn't been 30 days that I've had the item and all I wanted to know was what can I do because I had pictures of me receiving it damaged and receipt showing it hadn't been more than 30 days I honestly just wanted to know what I could do or what could they do for me; and basically they or well she told me they can't do anything since it was damaged and that I can't do anything like cmon man be fr I honestly think she just thought I was lying thinking I damaged it on purpose to try and get a new one or something but I had pictures, dates, everything proof that that's how I got it I guess maybe I should've looked like online for help or something but damn if you don't wanna help someone out and your a manager you can atleast tell me to F**** off a nicer way lol but if you want help with something or wanna ask a question go else wear save yourself the gas and time. H&M and Ross have better service BE BETTER !!!!

i've been a customer for years and i've never had a bad experience with Coach until this location. The manager with glasses and blonde hair with brown roots was extremely rude to me. She seemed very full of herself and made me feel so uncomfortable and unwelcome. She wasn't helpful at all and made me feel rushed to do my shopping. Whenever i would ask a question she would answer quickly and roll her eyes and go back to what she was doing. I've never met someone in retail that was this unprofessional. I hope whoever is in charge of the staff deal with her attitude and hopefully no one else has to deal with her.

I had the worst experience at this location . i went in and brought a bag that i needed help with i wore the bag once and the charm on the bag fell off it also came with minor scratches on the C charm and the closing belt. the bag itself is expensive so i was pretty upset about it so i went to the store to see what they could do for me the guy that was helping me was very nice and helpful he explained to me that since the bag did not have the charm even if it was a hardware error it wasn't able to return it and he went ahead and asked the manager to double check if there was anything else we can do . then the manager then approaches me very rude and snarky and the first thing she says to me is " sweetie that's not gonna happen today " i was so confused because i was not rude whatsoever at first she was not helpful at all she was smiling and giggling acting very immature for her grown age. i understood i couldn't return it i didn't want too return it i like the bag i wanted the bag i also understood she couldn't exchange it either because of the same reason but the way she approached me rude and snarky for no reason is what made me upset she made me feel so uncomfortable and unwelcoming i cried i was overwhelmed and very mad. i then even offered if she could offer me store credit she hesitated and said no that's crazy no type of help at all and she's a manager ? they have to rethink about that position. then i believe the store manager comes out and starts to help me i'm guessing because she sees me crying and sees i'm upset . she helps me she does a nice job her customer service was good . then the same lady comes around the counter smiling and giggling and asks " why are u crying " like bruh i told that girl to get out of my face. embarrassing the store manger of course sided with her besides that the only good person out of this was the guy that was helpful and super nice and respectful to me which was laith so thank you laith:) .

Thank you to Monique and Team at the Brea Coach location who assisted me with my Charter Belt Bag purchase. I absolutely love it. I did add a teddy bear pin for a touch of personalization. They did a great job, definitely attention to detail. Love it! Thank you again.

Laith and Monique helped me pick out 3 gorgeous silk scarves today:) I love this store so much! Best location hands down, it is just run so well.
