Only great experiences here so far. Very affordable. Feels like our dog is always attended to quick. Friendly business, not sure what others are saying about attitude (typical of people reviewing Asian establishments). I like that the dogs are given a nice big space to themselves, rather than being stuck in a small cage waiting. Never too busy here either, so stop on by and give 'em some business!

Great place for your fur babies needs. A nice short cut during the hot days of summer is a good way to keep your baby handsome/pretty and cool ~ ?❤️?? Chip’s summertime cut looks amazing and he’s so soft \u0026 handsome. This place is a hidden gem. And his chili peppers scarf is adorable ?️?️??️??️?️

I'm only giving one star, because zero isn't an option.. I have been a customer of Kelly and henry's for a while now, didn't have any issues at first.. made the owner aware that my dog was aggressive at times so we ended up agreeing to muzzle her after small interaction with the owner, even after warning her. Her and her son saw my dog multiple times after that and nothing was wrong.. i took my dog to the groomer at 1:30 and she called me at 3:30 that she was ready for pick up.. I got there by 3:35 and saw my dog, hot and panting and didn't think much of it as it's a summer day and she's been there awhile.. however, when we got home, her eyes were rolling back in her head and sticking, she has goop and drainage coming out of eyes, and struggles to keep them open.. the groomer always made me put two muzzles on her and insisted that one wasn't enough, when I called Henry this morning to expressing my frustration, he was completely unsympathetic, told me he did nothing to my dog, and he knew nothing was wrong with my dog, I asked him to explain her eye situation, and he said that her eyes were fine.. I asked for a refund and he said no I let him know I would leave a negative review and he told me he would just delete it, I have referred multiple people to this groomer that are now not going back, and he stated he didn't care either. I told him I want a refund and would show him my dog and the vet bill, he said he's not gonna give me a refund, not going to take care of any vet bills and he's not interested in seeing what my dog looks like.. when i mentioned taking him to court he agreed to give me a refund. smart. I'm going into the shop today to discuss and show them my dog but will NEVER take her there again and this will NOT be the end of it.

Not friendly. Would not give my dog the haircut I asked for. It was a strange experience.

The only place I take my dog. They are so nice, and you don't need an appointment 2 weeks in advance.

We were recommended to this place from a neighbor that had been taking her pets here for years. We took ours here once and haven't gone anywhere else since. We drop them off knowing they are in good care with zero worries. Tails are wagging every time we pick them up. Absolutely customers for life!

No doubt, one of the best groomers in the area. My dogs have gone there for years.....zero issues, skilled grooming, nice & knowledgeable staff. Fair prices and not a pain in the rump to get appointment....even walkins.....like ?

Took my shih tzu there today for a grooming and they did an amazing job. She gave me exactly what I asked for. He looked great smelled great and all for a great price. Can't believe I wasted so much money for messed up hair cuts for our baby at PetSmart. I will definitely be coming back grateful to have found this place. My pup also came home happy and smiling ready for Valentine's Day

Both ears swollen and scabbing. So much pain can't be touched. Will not be bringing my dog back here
