I had the pleasure of working with Chris Diaz on trying to purchase my grandmother's home. He helped me tremendously in navigating through refinancing her home because she had a reverse mortgage. He was patient whenever any personal issues caused me delay in the process. He is easy to talk to and is very matter a fact with the information he receives or knows. I find that refreshing. He is available through phone calls, emails, and my favorite text messages. I am very thankful that he was on my team and my biggest cheerleader. He genuinely is happy for me and my family. I appreciate that.

Where to begin? First off, I'm not quite sure how Chris Diaz and I connected. At some point in my home search I must've contacted or sent an info request. I sent out many. But after this whole process I know a prayer was answered. For those reading this who believe in miracles then I'm certain I encountered one. For others who believe in luck, then it was certainly lucky when Chris reached out to help. That being said, I was not an easy client. In the beginning finding a home was not urgent as I had a year left on my rental. I was "looking" and not many agents, understandably so, wanted to waste their time with a window shopper. As time moved on I was getting a little worried. The market was changing daily and competition on homes and rentals was a real thing. Even so, I was not going to put offers in on just anything. I was particular in what I was looking for and and gave thumbs down to most homes that came up.Chris personalized the search app, which I loved, so I only was viewing homes that met what I was looking for, but most just didn't "feel" right. Many realtors would've just given up. My pickiness and borrowing situation was not something that was going to be easy on his part. But Chris stuck with me and we put an offer on a house on a Sunday. Chris made the extra effort, made a personal connection rather than just an impersonal offer and promised that he would get this done. Literally the next day the offer was accepted! Escrow was effortless on my end, but Chris and his team were working hard on their end. Matt on the finance end was absolutely wonderful! It's been a few weeks since closing and I still am in shock at how easy the whole process was. But that's not the end of it. Chris has kept in contact and will monitor the market to let us know when the time is right to refinance. He did what he promised, was up front, frank and honest, he completely looked after my best interest and I completely trust him, his team, and Charis Loans. He was not after a quick sale, and I can tell you this I was not going to be his biggest sale. Yet he was always there as if I were his only client. If you are looking for a realtor who truly does it all, and does it all very well then reach out to Chris Diaz. You will not be disappointed.

Would not hesitate to choose Chris and Charis Loans. Their service is miles apart from everyone else. We just finished our refinancing after purchasing through them 2.5 years ago. Best response, professional, and great team. Can't ask for more! If you want quality homes AND quality service, they are the go to. He breaks things down to minimum so you can easily understand terms and conditions, he gives advise on what to look for in a good home. The escrow process was FAST and EASY. Chris Diaz and his colleagues were fantastic! He is professional, very responsive, answers all questions, anticipates and heads off any issues. When the first lender was being difficult, he quickly found another and gratefully was able to secure the same rate I had locked with the first lender. When the title company wanted me to jump through unnecessary hoops, he made the switch to another for an efficient close. He moved things along quickly, efficiently, and with clarity. Thank you!

I was able to work with Chris and Jeremy at CHARIS Loans as a part of the CARE Advisory network. I am a first time homebuyer who has been dreaming about becoming a homeowner since I was a little kid. Chris and Jeremy walked me through the process with a lot of care, attention, and patience. They helped me find a great home that worked in my budget -- which wasn't easy-- and they were able to walk me through the escrow process even when things got stressful or confusing.
