Great customer service, I was not able to bring my car in for a couple weeks when they bought the parts they were very understanding and displayed excellent customer service even when I was not the best customer. Hopefully nothing else happens to my car but if something does I’ll definitely be coming here!

In a day and age where you have to worry about motives and pricing if you’re unknowing of a craft. This business is one I definitely trust. The whole shop is great people and I came late not expecting much but they helped me out a lot. Would recommend for anyone who needs auto body care

From the first time I stepped foot into their business to the time I picked up my car, Brea Auto Body did not disappoint. Jim thoroughly explained everything to me and worked well with my insurance. The process of getting a rental car was very convenient with them as well and they kept me in the loop regarding the repair's progress. My car looks good as new and I highly recommend their business. They've been in business for over 45 years for a reason. They are friendly, honest and professional.

The entire squad at Brea Auto body took care of me. They worked with statefarm insurance (who was very unhelpful) to help get me the proper disbursement for the damage incurred. Great communication, and real effort to make sure all of the best parts were found for my classic truck

Went there last week to get a quote on repainting my car. Jim was super thorough and gave me several different options and things to consider. Given the age of the car and the short time I plan to keep it, he suggested an alternative shop that might be a better fit and more in line with my budget. I appreciate his honesty. My husband has used their shop many times and we will continue to use them as our first stop for any needed repairs on our cars.

Stay away, far far away. The owner Virginia is very rude and ignorant. Attacks people on the side walk.
