When I walked in today they gave me a free bag. Items were buy one get another 50% off which was pretty cool. Was able to go in and easily use my $5 off birthday rewards which I used to buy a random sonic the hedgehog magnet. It's crowded during the holidays!

This store is located on the western side of Brea Mall, very close to Nordstrom. This is a great store if you're a shopper that want to touch or see the product in person before making a purchase. They sell a lot of cool entertainment merchandise from your favorite TV shows, anime, manga, etc. I usually only come here to pick up an online order that I had opted to have shipped here. The employees that I've encountered have always been nice, friendly, and helpful.

Went to this boxlunch and had the worst experience. JOEY had the worst customer service. Went there for a new drop and had asked for something behind the counter. Joey decided to skip ahead to the person behind me and sell the last of that item to that person. I was very confused and told him repeatedly that I had already asked for that item. He said that he had more. After he was done helping her he came back to the register that I had already been at and told me that they had no more. I was in disbelief. I'm guessing that this item was actually for him or it was his friend... there was no explanation for his actions. Worst customer service and experience that I had ever had at a boxlunch. Will never return to this location. Unbelievable.

To be honest, the place has some pretty cool stuff but like 1 t shirt costs like $30. I got a shirt and a cap and it was like almost $50. Not worth it. The people there make you purchase a second item and then you can get both items for 30% off but the amount of money you gotta pay is still outrageously high. You can literally go to BigLots! instead and buy those same items for like 8-12 bucks tops.

There is a big tall blondish girl with glasses there that is rude and condescending. The only reason I gave this place two stars is because the guy who works with her was nice. Maybe he could give her a few tips on how to talk to customers

This is one of my favorite shops in the Brea Mall. Anytime we're in the mall, my spouse and I almost always stop in to check out all the cool merchandise. They have stuff for many fandoms: Harry Potter, Disney, Marvel, Star Wars, Naruto, Ninja Turtles, Lord of the Rings, and more. The content of their collection changes over time, so sometimes you'll see a lot of Spider-man stuff, and sometimes not. Right now, they have a growing collection of Funko Pop and Loungefly backpacks. The staff here are usually very friendly and helpful. One additonal aspect I like about this company is that for every $10 you spend, one meal is sourced on behalf of local food banks.
