“From the moment I walked through their doors, I was greeted with a warm and friendly atmosphere that made me feel welcomed and valued. I recently had to come into Bank of the West to speak with a banker, and was immediately invited in by one of the tellers. She happened to be the branch manager, Jennifer F! I needed some papers signed for an application and couldn't believe that she was helping me from the teller stand! She was very friendly and helpful and even communicated with me via email and phone to get what I needed done completed.She then introduced me to David K. He is one of Bank of the West's business relations managers and I and I must say that my experience with him has also been absolutely outstanding. His professionalism, knowledge and followup has been exceptional, even when I couldn't keep track of things myself; David was on point in every regard. He is highly competent and genuinely interested in helping me with my banking needs. He took the time to listen attentively to my concerns and provided me with clear and concise information, ensuring that I fully understood all the options available to me. I also was introduced to his other boss Sean, who was very welcoming and supportive of my goals.In terms of physical facilities, Bank of the West Brea boasts a clean and well-maintained branch. The Brea office is brand new! The layout is organized and efficient, and I never had to wait in long lines or experience any delays during my visits. If you want a bank that gets your needs done, and treats you like a valued customer, Bank of the West is it!”

My mom and I walked in without an appointment with a complicated request, and Jocelyn Gray at the front desk was so respectful and competent in handling everything. She had to juggle between us and the stream and customers walking in, and did so with great grace. Two other agents checked in on us and helped us with small things, too. Very impressed!”

“I really recommend this chase bank of probably one of the best in this area of Orange County. I only know this branch and various ones in Newport Beach at the coast. All the bank tellers here are helpful and friendly, and so are all the Bankers at the desks and the Investment Advisor Banker. I recommend coming in at off hours or slower times if you need more advanced help and questions. I had ridiculous rough experiences at the credit union nearby with the branch manager, so I can always rely on this Chase for a way better experience. Please show the staff here some respect and courtesy!”

“I just wanted to take the time to appreciate Leslie Linares, she was very helpful with sending my wire for my first time buying a home and also helped me multiple times in sending other wires. The first time I needed to send wire, I forgot to make an appointment online and called her just 15 mins before closing, she still accomodated me and in fact stayed extra 20 minutes post closing time to ensure I get the best service. I really appreciate and admire her 5 star customer service. She explained everything in detail and made the process not only a breeze, but a fun experience. I am really impressed with her astuteness, efficiency, and friendliness. She is definitely a shining star at Wells Fargo. Anytime I need some banking help, I will definitely be calling on Leslie.”
