Unbelievable! I ordered my outboard motor in August 2020 it's now late December 2020 and still no motor. I've been told several times that the motor would deliver in a week and it's all been lies! I was just told two days ago by the manufacturers rep it would be in next week. I checked the order via the national customer service line and they are saying February 2021. No way! 7 month months, REALLY! They told me 4 to 6 weeks with my original order so I sold my old outboard and now I've not had a boat for 5 goingbon 7 months. I plan to share this review on LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and here. This needs to be known. Checkout my reviews, I'm not just a mad consumer. I have 47 million views on my Google reviews.

I have a 2 year old Suzuki M109R that I bought brand new. The M109R has a known second gear failure. Because the bike is two years old Suzuki refuses to do anything about it. They have never fixed the issue since it came out in 2006. now you have to spend a third of the cost of a brand new bike just to fix their issue. Suzuki is junk and I will be buying a new bike and never going back to Suzuki

Took my motorcycle to get serviced at one of their "authorized dealers" in Miami...Palmetto Motor Sport; a place where the service department goes through employees like a newborn and diapers.

I bought a 2015 Suzuki 175 out board motor with an extended warranty, good through 2012. Suzuki refuses to cover the warranty repairs and their extended warranty company Cornerstone also refuses to accept responsibility. We wish we would’ve known about their bad reviews, C- with the BBB, and their poor, nasty customer service. Specially with their representative “Debbie” who refused to transfer us to a supervisor. She acted like she owns the place. **PLEASE DO NOT BUY A SUZUKI** Avoid the headache, the drama and their BS. Buying from them it’s like flushing your money down the toilet. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE ... Read More

Bought a 200 horse Suzuki motor 4 years ago with an extended warranty covered to 2022. Engine failed 13 miles offshore in Gulf of Mexico. Fortunately was able to radio Sea Tow. Took the boat to authorized Suzuki dealer who had to work through Cornerstone United, the warranty administrator. The Dealer required my authorization to pull the head on the motor. It was apparent the bearings dropped into the unit causing the driveshaft to snap and the motor to freeze. Cornerstone required the Dealer to disassemble the entire motor even though the Dealer's mechanic and Cornerstone's mechanic determined the failure resulted from an internal defect. Defect resulted in thousands (or more) of metal shavings being dispersed throughout the upper unit, in addition to damage to virtually every part of the upper unit. Mechanics determined the motor was well-maintained and full of clean oil when the motor failed. The damages were determined to be covered by warranty. However, Cornerstone determined that the motor should be repaired rather than replaced, maintaining that the metal shavings could be eliminated via an oil bath. The Dealer's mechanic considered this "asinine" and recommended against it. Cornerstone prevailed. I just had the 20 mile service performed. There were metal shavings in the oil and filter. If I am 20 miles or more offshore and the motor fails causing injury or death to me or my friends because of Cornerstone's reckless disregard in handling my claim, the disclaimer in the warranty for collateral damages will be challenged by me or my estate. Furthermore, Cornerstone refused to authorize payment for disassembly and diagnosis in direct violation of the warranty, thereby sticking me with a $5,000 bill for the excessive costs of a piece by piece disassembly of the entire motor. Cornerstone is creating a penny wise-pound foolish liability for Suzuki and its reputation. I am preparing a lawsuit against Suzuki and Cornerstone for blatant disregard of the warranty causing monetary damages to me of nearly $5,000, and to establish a factual basis for the waiver of collateral damage limitations in the warranty. Bought two new 140 outboard motors and had them installed on a 26 foot hewes Alaskan in April . Immediately noticed an extreme vibration along with unbearable noise. Tried to solve the problem by balancing props, removing possible vibrating items, installed a rubber mat between motors and transom , and padded many areas within the boat itself with no noticeable difference. Trying to contact customer service at the national level is impossible. Dealer owned outlets are on their own with no help from the parent company . The hqs has succeeded in insulating themselves from outside complaints. There is literally no one to complain to about resolution other than some young fellow in California who blames any defect on the dealer. I filled out a survey the other day and gave them a zero would I ever buyone again or recommend the product to anyone else! I am truly sorry that I took off 115 yamaha s and replacedthem with the Suzuki's . It appears the only way to resolve this problem is to take legal action which we intend to do ASAP . I have never experienced a national company with such disreputable customer service.

Brought my Yamaha 1700 Road Star to Burgers for service and I am absolutely thrilled with the job they did. My bike was running extremely hot and hard for a while and after their work on my carburetor it is running like new. Price was reasonable and Wayne (service manager) did a great job explaining to me what was done and how to prevent it from happening again.

Super happy with my RM450. It's been very reliable with minimal maintenance. My daughter has a JR50 that is much better for learning than CRF50. She loves it.
