My girlfriend and I had talked for a while about buying a home with friends and family so we thought we knew what to expect. In truth, we knew nothing and the process was a wild ride with many twists and turns. Cristina helped us navigate the entire process, beginning to end, with perfection. She was a tremendous asset as we navigated looking at homes, making offers, getting all the relevant documents signed, managing when inspections needed to happen, and eventually signing loan docs and making transfers. Every step of the way I had questions and she answered everything as if she had done it a million times. I would 100% recommend her to anyone that is looking for a home - especially if you're a first time home buyer like I was.

A friend recommended I contact Cristina Avila. I wanted to refinance and pull out some cash. I contacted her on the 8th of October, I gave her my goals and she came back with pricing and a plan of action. Fast forward to today, the 27th of October and my loan is fully funded!!! This was by far the easiest and quickest refinance I have ever done. I was blown away by how easy and quick she was and on top of it she was too. She always made sure to keep me in the loop. I'm so glad I listened to my friend and contacted Cristina! I'll make sure to refer all my friends and family to her, awesome experience! 10 stars!

Buying a home can be very stressful...especially the first time! But Cristina Avila made the process very easy. Cristina was able to work with my very demanding loan restrictions to find me my perfect first home. She made the process easy by educating me on the process but most importantly she was always responsive, proactive and honest. I am VERY lucky to have had Cristina by my side during the purchase of my first home!

I was looking to refinance and my neighbor introduced me to Robert Rodriguez. After 10 minutes of talking to him I decided to use him and TRG. Throughout the entire process Robert was one of the most accessible people I've ever worked with. Text, call, or email, if I had a question he replied instantly. He was proactive in contacting me and updating me whenever the process was progressing. Even in a pandemic, this was the easiest process I've ever had. Robert bent over backwards and took care of everything for us. He will be my first phone call for any of my next real estate purchases.

I 100% recommend Robert Rodriguez!!!! I don't usually write reviews but I'm so happy with the service I received from Robert I felt like I had to share. He's professional, responsive, and thorough. He walked us through every step, listened to what are goals were in refinancing and worked day and night until he got it done! He was always so nice and gracious with my million questions and messages. Robert felt like family and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking to purchase or refinance.

Go with Robert Rodriguez III!! I am very pleased with the professionalism and responsiveness I recieved working with Robert Rodriguez III on my refinance, from our initial contact to signing docs was just under 3 weeks. He answered all my questions, kept me updated, and was very friendly and knowledgeable. He made himself available to me via any method of my choice - email or cell phone, and best of all, he saved me enough money to buy a car and pay the same amount I have been paying every month. I highly recommend him and will definitely refer him to the next person I know!

First let me say that I have had Robert Rodriguez act as my Loan Officer for my son and now for me. I was aware that Robert changed companies and this is the first time I have used him with TRG. You will NEVER find a more truthful, dedicated and honest loan person anywhere. For over two years Robert communicated to me the changing interest rates for re-financing our home. Each time the numbers never added up for us to pull the trigger. Most other loan officers would have said good bye and never called us back. Not Robert. He maintain that constant professional air about him and kept us in the loop. Finally when the time was right, it was an easy choice. Although we started the re-fi process before the Covid19 pandemic, by the time it got rolling it put us smack dab in the middle. Robert had to jump through so many hurdles to get the job done. And believe me, I did not make it easy for him. Robert continually stayed in constant contact with me letting me know each hurdle that he had to clear and having his easy calm demeanor calmed me down. Any other employee would have told me to find another lender. Not Robert. In his precise and knowledgeable way he led us to the finish line. He not only got us a phenomenal rate but saved us a couple of months worth of house payments and a savings of $300.00 per month on our loan. This kid is an absolute "star" in his field. If you are looking to Re-fi then using Robert is the biggest NO BRAINER in the history of the world. On behalf of my wife and me, I thank you Robert for a job WELL DONE!!!!!!

Where to begin, Well we started our home buying process in 2018 and after looking for a few weeks we backed out. We felt we weren't ready and chickened out a little. Our great friend Christina Villalobos totally understood as well as our real estate agent Cristina with no H. Lol then a year goes by and my husband and I were like it's either now or never. We started our home buying process in the summer of 2019 with the help of Ms. Rodriguez and Ms. Villalobos. These women went above and beyond for us and our family. They never failed to meet our expectations when it came to our home searching and our loan process. We would call them at random hours of the day and would always be there to answer our questions. Cristina was on top of everything !! I mean she was planning a wedding and taking care of us all at the same time , when we finally put an offer on our home. We told be aggressive and don't let this one walk away. A day later she called us congratulating on the owners accepting our offer. She always met us there when we needed to do the walk through, inspections I mean everything !! They went above and beyond and I will always be so grateful and thankful !!!
