If you’re having battery trouble, I recommend driving the distance to a different auto zone. I came here with my car not starting hoping they would have some solutions or options to fix my battery issues, but the two guys that worked there didn’t seem to care. Basically said they couldn’t do anything for me. This location has lost my business. Employees don’t seem to want to help.

I usually come here because they're nice; but today I came in to buy a product. And some Hispanic chubby guy with glasses tells me "you need help" with an attitude. First of all obviously I need help. Otherwise why would I be here? Then i ask him what I need and tells me they can't do it and they don't supposed to. When this a lie, I come all the time and I'm always helped. I really hope next time I come here I don't see him again. Because it's going to turn me down coming to this location.

I was here for replacing my windshield wipers. Alejandro not only provided an excellent customer service and also helped me to replace my old ones. A 5 Star service goes to Alejandro!

Came in to get my battery tested and Agatha came out to test and and even offered to install for free. Definitely coming back to a friendly autozone unlike other shops.

Mother in law went here with a very problematic battery. Made it to the store and they said they couldn’t test it or it would take 3 hours to charge. She had jumper cables and asked for a jump at “Americas #1 Battery Destination” they told her to call someone… took me a 20 min drive and approx 3 min to hook up jumper cables and start her car. This location is a joke and don’t properly train their employees to do their job, or they don’t care. Other auto zone locations in the area have nicer employees that helped us and we bought a battery at the other location. Don’t waste your time or money at this location.
