Customer service is horrible. The person who helped us yesterday completely lied about having to upgrade our plan in order to qualify for the trade-in to a newer IPhone. I don't like scammers and this store in particular is always shady.

The literal worst ATT store on the planet. The associate Daisy Velasco and the store manager Brandon Gonzalez are either wildly incompetent and/or straight up criminals. They were unable to unlock one of our devices so we could port it off our plan. Then they upsold us on a new data plan and promised us explicitly that the new bill would not increase at all. Then the new bills came and we were charged hundreds of dollars extra. Daisy and Brandon were unable to resolve the issue and ignored frequent requests for help via text, phone, and e-mail. They would regularly put us on hold for 30-60 minutes then hang up on us. Cost our company tons of time and money. Incredibly frustrated. Thankfully the corporate 1-800 number was able to help fix some of the mess but we are still considering suing them for damages. The situation is still not resolved and has been ongoing for months.| Daisy and Brandon should be fired immediately. Huge liability for ATT. A civil claim would be a slam dunk against them (I have extensive written records) and based on some of the other reviews they may be committing criminal offenses as well. Absolutely disgusting experience. Avoid at all costs.

O man never go in store, especially this one, to open a new line. They added insurance and att next plan without me knowing. Had to waste time on the phone with support to remove this and get credits. Shady...

Amazing customer service here! Huge shoutout to Brian for helping me out and going out of his way to assist me in my problem. I came in for my initial problem, and Brian directed me in how to solve it. After I ran into more issues, I came back into the store, and he gave me a conclusive answer. Extremely helpful and grateful. As for the selection and value of AT&T itself, I think it's on the middle to expensive range. *I am reviewing the service itself, as I will no longer be participating in any AT&T services.

This store is committing fraudulent charges. They will sneak in additional charges for their insurance protect advantage or next up when you did not agree or consent to ANY of those additional services. No where is it listed on the receipts or paperwork after purchasing a phone. So you can only image how difficult it is trying to cancel these fraudulent charges you never agreed or consented to in the first place. Going back and forth between customer service and having the staff blatantly lie to your face that there is no insurance plan added to your account when it's pops up on your bill. The staff must be getting incentives if they sign customers up for certain programs like added insurance etc so they're sneaking it into your bill. Beware and check your itemized bills.

ZERO STARS. The worst att experience ever. Went in the store spent $1000 on a phone just for jonanathan g to order the WRONG color, when I told him the exact color I wanted multiple times. He then brings out the phone I want with more storage and tries to up sell me to spend $1100 and gets an attitude when I say, no thanks. Also, I called the att store to return the iphone, I didn't want, and darian said only Jonathan can help me, which is zero help. And I don't want Jonathan g to handle my order anymore but even when I call, I can't even speak with him, he's not there or he's busy. So, it's been a week and still don't have my phone. When you spend a $1000 on a phone and don't get what you want is horrible service. I'd stay away from this place 1000%. Phone buying is not supposed to be so complicated. Just send me the right phone is that so hard? I will take my business somewhere else next time. And I'm Considering just getting a refund and just going somewhere else. That's how much of a waste of time this has been.

I've used the Brea California store exclusively for my business needs for over a decade. They were great in the beginning. For the last two years every time I go in the salesman promises me some great deal that ends up costing me twice as much as I was originally told. Resulting in hours on the phone with customer service and often not getting a full refund. I would never use this store again. Please warn other customers about the lack of integrity at the Brea AT&T store.

I walked into Brea AT&T stressed out because I lost my phone. Daisy was there to help and she was a rockstar! She was able to get my lost phone blacklisted and helped me get my new phone set up. If it wasn't for Daisy I don't know what I would have done! She was patient, kind and gave excellent customer service!

Service here is awesome. Brandon, one of the managers, was very quick to fix an issue that we had with an authorized retail store. He showed us compassion with an issue we brought to his attention. I want to be sure to note that this issue DID NOT come from the Brea store. The issue began at an authorized retail store in Santa Ana. Brandon was able to stay on top of this issue for weeks and finally fixed our issue. For a moment, we were gonna drop off our phones and say goodbye to AT&T forever but because of Brandon, we will continue to be loyal customers

We had excellent service at this store. The options were explained clearly and we left feeling we got exactly what we needed and even got a discount we didn't know we were eligible for.What our salesman didn't know was that we had just come from the Anaheim Hills location (Imperial at Santa Ana Canyon) which was awful! All the sample phones were turned off, the salesperson said she didn't know anything about Samsungs so couldn't help or answer any questions, and after they disappeared for quite a while to "check our account" we wasted more time with them before they finally went in the back room and came back saying they didn't have any phones but try calling in a week. So glad we went straight to the Brea store where received different - accurate! - information, got to play with the sample phones, and walked out with a good deal and all my apps and data moved over.

Well, I never got me phone cleared so I could use it elsewhere. It was paid for! I had no choice but to buy another phone!!! I will NEVER RECOMMEND ATT

Had a great experience at the AT&T store in Brea (on Imperial). The sales rep, Moriya Broadaway, was extremely helpful and incredibly patient. Get a new phone can sometimes be stressful, but thanks to Moriya, everything went as smooth as possible.

I have had nothing but wonderful service here. I came in to figure out a technical issue with my phone and both Kobe and Moriya gave attentive and thorough customer service. My wait time wasn't very long and this was including the fact that the store was very busy. My phone had an issue that I thought would result in me getting a new phone. Not only did Moriya fix the issue on my phone but she helped me with a technical issue with a new laptop I purchased wich had nothing to do with my phone. I would say she went abuve and beyond. The next week I went in to exchange some earbuds I bought and the manager let me swap without the packageing due to the fact that it was ripped to shreds. All I had to do was submit my recipt.. Easy! Thank you guys
