I will NEVER purchase anything. made by this company again! The Breza battery powered pump stopped functioning properly in the middle of a trip. After 3 weeks and 6 hours of phone calls, emails, and videos, they refuse to honor the warranty for a $22 dollar item unless I send even more videos or make a six hour round trip back to the place where I purchased it! I spoke to William and Jeff B. at Aquatop. When trying to call the company, most extensions do not work, phone calls are not returned, and voicemail boxes are full. Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced! Save yourself the trouble and stay away from this brand!!!!

Our fish club received a Aquatop PF40-UV filter as a donation. I won it in a club raffle. When I opened the box it was missing the UV power supply. After explaining it to customer care they informed me without a receipt they could only sell me the part for $25. Would not deal with this unscrupulous company. They have no interest in making things right.

Bought a 24g AIO. It came with a 1st Gen Skimmer. After a few mnths the case cracked and it started letting in air and then screws rusted. They offered me replacement screws. I replaced them myself and asked why they use screws that rust in aquariums. No answer. I was then told they had a 2nd gen skimmer coming out. I buy the skimmer when it came out and now the pump failed not two weeks after arriving. I sent back the failed pump 4/9 and was told a replacement was on its way. Still haven’t received it. No responses to emails either. I do not recommend this company

Purchased at 40 gallon all in one tank. The protein skimmer never worked they did replace the motor once but it never worked right either so we had to buy one from another company that works properly. Now I’ve I had the tank for 1 1/2 years and now the seals are separating and peeling off when I called Aquatop they informed me that they only guarantee the seals for 1 year. I have a lot of money in rock, corals and fish and the man on the phone told me to just monitor for leak
