Ugly clothes and non-existent customer service. Walked in and passed by three sales associates who were engaged in conversation and didn't even glance my way. They were all old enough to know better.

The women working at this place are very unpleasant. Ann Taylor needs to better it's customer service/training at this site. At least to ease down the way they talk to people. Very unpleasant experience.
