If I could, I would leave 0 stars!!!! I don’t know who hire the people working here, but basic manners and normal behavior should be a MUST when interacting with paying customers (and non). I am not going to write the whole thing because is way too long and I already complained to whomever is in charge. Definitely, we will never shop here again…. I won’t be missing anything, that’s for sure!

I’m not one to bother writing reviews but I had such an awful experience in here today that I had to share. While I was checking out with my mom at the cash register, we asked the associate if they had a pair of pants I was interested in buying in a bigger size. She said they didn’t and it was sold out online as well and tried to reassure us that the ones we had should be fine because they were stretchy. Upon trying them on, me and my mom both decided they weren’t stretchy and mentioned that. The associate helping us out had no issue with this comment, but upon this remark the associate next to her started smirking, went out to another sales associate, and began loudly making fun of us to the other associate. I made eye contact with her, and upon this her and the other associate walked away laughing. Deeply hurt and confused by this hostility, I asked another associate if it would be possible to file a complaint somehow, as I felt that the associates behavior was uncalled for and hurtful. Instead of apologizing for the experience, he immediately said that he didn’t hear anything, in an immediate attempt to deflect blame from himself. I understand retail workers don’t have to like all their customers, but I walked away humiliated from the experience, and I’m shocked that is how employees would treat any customer, let alone someone spending over $200+. I’ve never had such an awful customer service experience.

I last visited this A&F location this past Tuesday, 7/18 right after work since I needed to pick up my online order (and time was running out haha). I've been to this location a few times so my review will be based on my recent and past experiences. Customer Service:In the past few times that I've visited, I was never greeted after I walked into the store (is this not a thing now?). In fact, I feel like the workers will glance over and then look away. I didn't have to use the changing rooms this past time, but usually, there's an employee that will open the door for you...after waiting some time .. anddd they always look like they are begrudgingly doing it haha, I don't know.. it's kind of hard to explain. Also, when you wait in line to get rung up and they call you up, they do it with an attitude - no smile, and def not cheery at all. Most employees actually look like they are judging you and again, idk why but I always get these mean guy/girl vibes. Fortunately, this last time, I didn't have any issues with my online order pickup. The employee just looked at my email and found my bag with no issues. Store Cleanliness: During my recent trip, some of the clothes were messy and in disarray. I didn't see many of the store employees folding clothes when I went so I'm not sure how often they do that or upkeep it. The clearance section is always kind of crazy. I wish it could be a little more organized, but I guess 'cause it's clearance, that's to be expected lol.Location:Store is located on the 2nd Floor of the mall, near the escalators and JC Penney. I parked in the JCP lot, which I believe is the closest lot, and I never really have any trouble finding spots here.There aren't many A&F locations around me so I usually can only go to like two locations. Based on the other reviews and my own personal experiences, I really wish they would care to actually read these comments, step up their customer service game, and learn to better serve their customers...but who am I kidding lol.

David, the manger on staff now, told me to put away all the cloths we tried on. This is after we laid them out nicely by category before we left the room. When is it the job of customers to clean up the fitting room? It's pure discrimination. I just shopped at Ann Taylor and Nordstroms at the same mall. No one in those stores ever asked customers to clean the fitting room.

I came to return a pair of jeans that I ordered online for pick up here but was sent the wrong pair. This has happened before so it's not a big deal. However this time my experience at the store was so different! The cashier was very condescending saying the SKU's didn't match over and over. It didn't matter what I said she kept talking over me saying they don't match. Then she actually asked the entire line of people that she had waiting on her if they understood what I meant because I "didn't make any sense." Yes I know, the audacity. I couldn't comprehend her lack of empathy and unwillingness to better understand. I was sent the wrong item how are you making my life harder? One customer actually started shaking their head in disbelief. She was the only cashier up there had a line full of people and decided that was the best thing to do. I asked if I could have her name and she said she was the manager and didn't have to give that out. After I asked for her name she calls an associate to come help me then leaves to the back. Her energy was negative, dreadful, and nasty. Being a regular at this store I can honestly say the other girls and gentlemen I've interacted with have always been polite & helpful. This review is for the cashier 02301483 I hope she has better days ahead of her. Taylor was truly amazing to help out with the correct sizing of clothes and made suggestions that were much appreciated. The staff also was helpful upon check out and with an online order on Boxing Day as it was a really busy day. Thank you!

I never give one star to any store. But this one took the cake. 11/15/2022 around 2:30pm. Came in to pick up an online order. Stood in line where it said "ONLINE ORDERS" and waited to be called up. When it was my turn, the cashier (Hispanic girl) called up to the next in line, I went up and she said I wasn't in line and instead called the next guy beside me (where the regular line was). I told the cashier that I was in line for the online pick up, and I was there first. She said there was someone in front of me (which there wasn't) and have to go back to the line ".. and wait to be called!". I was so embarrassed! I don't know what her deal was, but she was very rude and unprofessional. Good thing another cashier saw what she did and took me in (Asian lady). That Hispanic girl shouldn't be working here if she has issues with other race other than hers. I do not have anything bad about Hispanics, my best friend is Mexican, but this girl was something else. Hope this review is seen by A&F management and train their staff in how to treat customers better.

Store hours say it closes at 9 on fridays I got here at 8:40 and the doors are locked and everyone is gone. Ridiculous.

Staff is pretty unaware of sale prices and constantly struggle with returns and online orders. One too many times they have messed up my orders and have overcharged me. A&F needs a more knowledge staff run by adults, not kids.
