OMG Amy is a shoe angel! Very knowledgeable and thoughtful. Nothing beats good old fashioned service. No more hit and miss shoe purchases! We purchased 2 pair of walking shoes. Best fit and comfort ever! We are in love with A Snails Pace Running Shop! We are already planning our next purchase. Really helpful, recently went to get fitted for some shoes and got to try on multiple recommendations based on foot scan. Just go in get a number wait your turn and you’ll have someone help you personally.

One of my recent goals is to start running again and to do that I want to make sure I have the correct shoes. Thank you to Ryan for helping us out, measuring our feet and providing us with great suggestions. We walked out with 2 pairs of shoes and 4 socks. They had a deal of buy 3 socks gets the 4th pair free. I've already ran twice in the shoes and they've been great!

That stores next to lenscrafters.Great bunch of people.Great place to go if you need to have your eyes checked and my glasses in the same place and walk out with the glasses.That's hard to meet.Also if you need to get glasses adjusted throughout the year they do it for free

Excellent store for anything dealing with running. Excellent variety of shoes, socks and runners clothing and accessories. Very high tech equipment to check your running style and gait to help choose the right shoe and inserts for you.

1st time here, didn't know you have to take a number. Even though customer service people noticed how long we were in the store with shoes in our hands patiently waiting, they called the next number and everyone looking at us to go forward with that number even another customer stated to them we are next,we stated we didn't know there was numbers. Well the kind customer service people told us to take a number an wait our turn. I just kind of think it rude to not serve whos next as we were next. It's our first time buying shoes here and for sure the last. My wife wanted a pair so of course ill purchase them.It's a younger generation working there and don't care to have any manners or respect, I know from my 60 plus yeas being alive the store like this won't last forever, but just putting it out there
