They stole my mom’s Ebt card number and stole over $1000 in food stamps . My mom has kids to feed and now we have to wait 1 month for them to do an investigation . So be careful using your cards here they will take your money or try to charge your card . They used every cent of ours in one day .

So I have been here many times, but 11/1 was the first time I tried to use their atm. It was buggy, but I went ahead and used my card at their register, getting cash back instead. I haven’t used my card since, and today it was used twice at locations I didn’t go to. The card remained in my possession the entire time as I still have it, though it was cancelled as I am making a claim now. So, strangely, after visiting this location? My account was drained to the nearest 20. Which leads me to believe the atm has a skimmer or the register is problematic. However, I am not going to recommend a location that has an atm next to their office/I assume restrooms? No cameras pointing at the atm, only the atm has a camera they apparently cannot access. I should have known better, but I was in a dire need of money for gas (there’s a station next door) and went with it because 7-elevens are usually better at these things than this. $920 dollars stolen today because I came here yesterday. And I am waiting to see what the owner wants to do about the allegation or if I need to file a police report. Don’t use their atm. ?

Decently clean for a 7-11 but no sugar free fountain drink options, smaller stores have iced tea but not this place

It seems to be an implicit understanding that every 7-Eleven store is not actually 24 hours in my area but they closed down from 2:00 a.m. to 5:00 a.m. or sometime around then and are standing right there and we'll look at you but will not get up to serve you and have absolutely no reason to close the door or they will say that they are cleaning on the front door and walk around with the mop as an excuse to not have people come in late at night. If you are scared to work late at night then do not work at a 7-Eleven or if 7-Eleven is not open 24 hours they need to change their name and MO

Awful customer service. The dude who checked me out was on his phone for 5 minutes before he finally checked me out and then when he did I asked if he could break my 20 and instead of using words he got back on the phone and shooed me out of the store with his hands lol. Never coming here again while that guys working.

TERRIBLE customer service! Whenever I come in and want to order a pizza, the owner rudely tells me 'not now, later'. And when I come later at night, he says 'not now, too late!' Very rude and has this condescending attitude whenever he looks at me or ANY other customer in general! I would give it a 0/5 if I could, but 1 is the lowest I can go and 1 is STILL too good for how unbelievably RUDE he is to the customers!

I asked for a pizza slide and said cheese only. He handed it to me. I go home and realize he gave me the pepperoni. Sometimes about his behavior and attitude. tells me he did it on purpose. I am reporting this to corporate.
