You figure a 7-11 is a 7-11, but this one doesn't clear that bar. Rewards don't work, store is a mess, and worst of all the people running the store are rude and dismissive. The man at the counter rang up a *small* can of Pringles at $4.49. When I balked at that he changed it to $2.49. Are they just making up the prices as they go?
There are legit 7-11's nearby -- Brea Blvd & Lambert or Central & Palm are both better options.

This place sucks, big time! Walked in on a Saturday afternoon: no hot food, no baked goods, there’s only one size fountain drink available for purchase, and even half of the sodas are out of order! So sad! It’s crazy to think, but this specific franchise is actually bringing down the 7-Eleven brand. How pathetic is that!?!
Update from 7-Eleven corporate:
We terminated the franchise agreement at this location. This is not an authorized 7-Eleven store.

Info for customers-I worked at this store,and the other store on Brea blvd & rolling hills. 7-11 has revoked the franchise agreement with the owner for his 3 stores. As a result,he isn’t able to order or receive shipments from 7-11. Sad it came to this. 3 stars for some great times working at his stores.

This place says 711 but the cups for drinks don’t say 711. Computers are always down, no rewards. They charge debit with their cell phone. No hot food etc… looks like they have the name but seems like a mom and pop operation behind 711’s back. Plus they’re rude.

yeah this place definitely isn't legit anymore. no 7-11 branded products and they make you pay on Square and dont give a reciept. very sketchy. crazy high prices too

Sketchy place!! Avoid at all costs. The lights are off lotto doesn’t work. No more hot food. And cash only.

This is not an authorized 7-11 store!
Corporate called me and this store is using 7-Eleven's name and they are currently in litigation.
I would recommend going to the other 7-Eleven, a block south on Labert and Brea Blvd.
Otherwise you will be ripped off!
Shady unauthorized shenanigans going on at this "FAKE" 7-Eleven!

The older guy doesn't allow people to use the normal card swiper (It's been covered up for weeks, if not more). He uses some small device he keeps to himself and uses a calculator to add things up!
I've been overcharged every time by him because he guesses the price. As an example the last time, 3 days ago:
$2.89 for a medium fountain drink. WTH!!!
This isn't normal for 7-11!
7 Eleven should not allow this to happen and drop by to stop what's happening!
Don't let him have your credit or debit card!

Do Not come here it’s not a 7 eleven anymore but they don’t take down the sign cashier is rude and over charged me I just didn’t have time to argue since I was late for work stay away and or be careful

Dirty, rude staff, poor products, no public restroom. I feel worse just walking in here. Avoid this place at all cost.

The owner is rude and never gives correct change when paying cash. And for the last two weeks, they are only expecting cash. Lotto not available. The Son is nice. But an inconvenience to always have to correct the the owner on change issues. 7 eleven should look into this location. As they are not to far from them.
