oh man...i was craving a sandwhich so decided to do subway but i ordered online for pick up and accidentally ordered through the subway inside walmart. BIG MISTAKE! Man the waiting was brutal and literally people sitting down to wait for there order. One worker and she was alone. no disrespect but was really slow. i happened to cut in to mention im here for pick up i already paid for and app stating its ready. The worker told me she has not even started my order!! I just said to please cancel and she did not even know how to. it was terrible. She stated she is new and did not know how to do much. A lady was in front of me and the worker then told me of i still wanted them and i said well yeah but the lady is next. The lady just let me go and unfortunately worker took too long the lady left :( the worker read my receipt and said "how so you make the chicken buffalo" i was like "what!?" it was a mess... and not even some chips or a drink for the inconvenience... nothing i waited sooo long and the line kept growing. felt bad for her and idk why they would leave someone untrained all alone. but if your looking for subway there is one right around the corner next to vons and much better and more workers. its more active and the one in walmart is so quiet and seems dead as the atmosphere.

theres always good prices i cant complain but if u try calling and try and talk to a real person... good luck! i had to go through the pharmacy and pretend that i was a doctor just to speak to someone also when im trying to get hard liquor and i press the red button nobody ever shows up ive been going every week for about 5 m5onths for a relative and not once has anyone showed up i always have to find someone does anyone ever really hear that button go off ? and getting make up is also annoying cuz us women sometimes need to read some info and i know that the employee gets annoyed waiting while im reading then choosing to see something else but oh well im going to make sure i buy something i really want i hate complaining but it all true and thats what i think and feel about it i live in brawley but shop in calexico way far cheaper prices and a whole lot of selection on items same item like $5 to$7 difference thanks

There customer service sucks bad. Really really bad. We are not from the area and I wanted to find out if they had a certain item. We called and called and called and no answer. We had to drive 20 miles out of our way to find out they don't carry the item we wanted. All the other Walmart's carry this item but this one doesn't. Thanks again Walmart for failing your paying customer.

I went today and a couple of the employees were so rude. This location is getting worse by the day. Would have given only one star but they had everything I needed stocked.

I'm from Los Angeles but my family lives in Imperial Valley and when going to visit my family we always come to this Walmart Supercenter but this past memorial day weekend I had the worst service ever. Let me start, my little niece saw a blouse she liked but was unable to try it on since the fitting rooms are currently closed due to COVID. I asked the employee sitting on the fitting rooms playing with her phone if it didn't fit if I could return it the next day and she said yes. Not telling me about their new COVID policy. We came the next day to try to return it and customer service was kind of rude pointing at their new policy that was in small print and was only able to check it there. I asked to speak to the store manager and I could hear on the radio that the manager was MIA and I had to wait over 20 mins to speak to the "assistant store manager" that was not helpful at all. He just said that the person at the fitting rooms lied to me and that signs were posted all over the place. That is very unacceptable. You don't say that to a customer!! BS!!! They only have some signs but none at self-checkout and if they do, they are a small fine print that no one can't read. The story goes on and on but that full version will be for Walmart HQ office.

Went to go pickup tonight at walmart. Checked in scanned code. Pickup did not tell me to open locker. Waite 45 min for help. Pickup is supposed to be fast and better. Very unhappy with this. One on staff member asked if i needed help wish i had got her name. After waitting pickup member came entered a code and i finally got my item. This needs to be check out. I use pickup for many items and will continue to use it but i think the kiosk should be che k for proper operations.

Fuxk this walmart. Unless you enjoy waiting then this is your place. I hear next week they are going to lock up the shopping carts so you have to wait for an associate to come unlock them for you once you press the red button
