From the 1st call Vanessa was super responsive. Every time I call with questions, which was quite often, she answer the phone. She was a pleasure to work with, always had a smile, even when I was stressed she would always be very encouraging. She is a real gem, extremely knowledgeable, completely honest and very professional. Honestly a 10 out of 10. Very highly recommended.
