“On our way back to San Diego from Arizona our car unfortunately broke down and because it’s modified, we do not have a spare in the trunk. It was 1AM and we were stuck right before Ocotillo. Thankfully we had cell service to search for a towing company. Fly by Nite was the 1st one we called and Eddie answered almost right away. He was quick with his quote and definitely the most affordable for a special vehicle 100 mile tow. He came to our rescue and very carefully guided the car onto the flatbed to make sure nothing would get damaged. He was very professional and friendly and put our minds at ease that he’d get our car home safe and sound. He gave us the option to follow behind or drive on and meet us at our home. We came home first and 10-15 minutes later he arrived. Again, he carefully guided our car down from the flat bed and made sure we got it in the garage safely. “re Lala Marrie and lance marie Morris. you failed to mention that the car was impounded by chp for driving under the influence of a controlled substance. Also failed to mention when you came to office 3 days later you were given a quote for fees as of that day but had to wait for your govt check which was coming later in the month so there were more storage charges which you were well aware of because you called so often and you also failed to mention when you were at our office you took all personal belongings out of vehicle and signed for them and finally after you paid with your credit card and were present with your credit card and ID you tried to report it stolen the next day...so I'm sure everyone on Google can figure out the real story...nice try.”
