We were out of town camping in ocotillo with our rv and saw our truck tire had a leak, we went to discount tire to replace it after seeing the plug wouldn't hold and they couldn't get the tire off due to the tire having an after market lock that we new nothing about. Discount couldn't get it off for some reason so I called quick lane and at first they didn't have one that could unlock it and THANK GOD THEY DIDNT GIVE UP ! They got them all off in a timely fashion. None of them had ever seen wheel locks like this either so the fact that they helped us out and got it off was literally a life saver ! Thank you quick lane !!!!

Charged me $300 for diagnostics. $1,000 later still hadn't fixed it. They're NOT mechanics they're oil and tire changers.

Would have gave it 5 stars but I had a "kinda" bad experience with one of the front desk sales reps that kept on giving me the run around 4 times by the name of Joel Ibelieve, it's actually that one on the photo. But I was helped by another sales person by the name Greg and he really turned out to be good help to me, I really liked his professionalism and being straight forward with me. I don't know if I will be taking it back because I really wouldn't want to deal with that other sales reps, but as for the work they did on my truck, install front coilovers & alignment, they did a good job on my truck.

Came in because I knew I needed an alignment but I was also concerned about a noise I heard. From the minute I walked in i was taken care of. Alex at the front desk was so kind, so helpful and funny. Great guy. The mechanic Anthony was so nice and helpful. As a woman I'm used to being talked down to by mechanics and auto shops. But not here. Here they are respectful and helpful. I won't ever take my car anywhere else. I hope Anthony gets that raise he's hoping for, dude deserves it.

I visited two quick lane auto centers in El Centro . Both places experienced same . Neither would even stop private conversations to say " help you in a minute " the one at the mall told ranger he didn't need to help me . Both have the same problem , they service CHP vehicles and government law enforcement and do not need private vehicles . Can you imagine how they would treat your vehicle . No respect at either location . I just walked out and will not be back . There's people that do not have these lucrative contracts that will work with public

Just awful customer service! On 12/20/21 I entered the auto center and inquired as to how much a diagnostic would be for my 2016 Ford F150 XL as I no longer had any heat emitting from the dash and floorboard. Before I had the chance to finish my question, Alex Trujillo began to write a service request and then stated, " A diagnostic is $120!" Somewhat taken aback at such a high cost, I then quipped, "What are you guys, psychiatrists?" I then stated that I would return the next day when I had funds available. The next day at 0700 I returned to have the diagnostic completed and then Alex stated to me, "We're not psychiatrists here and I can't service your truck today; we have six or seven vehicles already!" Such a petty attitude from a so called service advisor. The only advice that Alex is giving out is to not come to Brawley Quick Lane Tire and irritate him about his outrageous prices or you will be harshly chastised about costs in front of other customers!
