I showed up just before opening time. I saw several people working in conjunction with each other, opening their bays, moving the trucks, and prepping the equipment simultaneously, working quickly and efficiently as one. The work area looked well-organized. Before even talking to someone, I was already impressed. I got a flat tire that was badly damaged and could not be repaired. Unfortunately, they had to order the tire, saying that it would come no later than 1:30 pm the next day. They called exactly when it arrived. When we arrived five minutes later, they had already put the new tire on the rim and had the tire on my car a few minutes later. This was especially good because I had to drive my friend to the airport right after that, so we were relieved that they handled everything so smoothly. Everyone was professional, courteous, and nice. This should be a six-star rating, really. This is a very well-run shop. Strongly recommended. And yes, we made it to the airport on time.

Took advantage of a situation purely for gain. Wanted $250 for a service call and $125 for a tire plus sales.When I asked to confirm the total price he would not confirm and came up with “an estimate”, &407, which included sales tax on the labor from what I can gather.Just because someone is in need of help doesn’t mean a business should take advantage.

Like this place. I actually forgot about this place, I took it in today to fix some flats on my truck, lifted with brand new 20's, so I needed a place with up to date machinery. The good thing is the screws didn't make it all the way in to puncture the tire. So the good thing is they didn't have too fix any flat tires. And they didn't lie about it being flat and charge me as if they fixed two flats which would've came out to about $45 bucks instead told me the truth & only charged me $15, they took off my tires and checked them. Overall good customer service, attentive, and I saw teamwork, everyone helped each other. Recommend this place
