At first I went to the El Centro store, because per internet they were opened at that time. This was on a Saturday. Went to that one and they were closed, so drove to the one in Brawley. Google says they're open until 5 on Saturday. I got there a bit after 1 p.m. and they were closed, even though a sign on the door said they closed at 3. I was trying to get something specific that Napa Auto Parts has that the other auto stores don't have, but can't seem to catch them when they're open.

They gave me the wrong brake caliper. I spent the whole day trying to install it. When I went to return it, they gave me attitude saying I should have known it's the wrong part and it's my fault.

I went in to get an air filter and another customer walked in employee just walked away from me and goes to the next customer was waiting 15 minutes and he did not say a word so we walked out will not go back there anymore

I just wanted to say that a representative named Jonny helped us with an unusual request on how to siphon gas as quick as possible and was just what we needed in a stressful situation. He was very helpful and had a great personality!! If your ever in Brawley and you need a parts guy with plenty of personality go see him!

Worst customer service auto parts ever. Brought in a in line fuel pump to cross reference. 2 employees like deer in headlights. After 10 minutes of 1 starring at computer the other at parts book, I left 2 minutes at Kragen I'm part in hand. My have went better had I spoke Spanish like every one else. So disappointed in Napa have always had excellent service in other locations.
