I'm leaving a star because I have to DO NOT GO TO THEM UNLESS YOU WANT THINGS STOLEN OUT YOUR CAR. I had stomach medicine in my car that was in my cup holder before I got the wash. I moved them to my glove compartment for the specific reason of not wanting them to be misplaced or tampered with. Thinking that they would respect my privacy and stay out of there. When I got home the next day I started to have stomach issues so as usual I went looking for my medicine. It was gone I emptied my whole glove compartment and nothing. So I contacted them I'm attaching some pictures below of the txt messages between me and the guy. He admitted his employee seen the medicine in the "cup holder but he doesn't know where it is ". If your employee moved my medication and it was in the cup hold why can't you tell me where my medication is located. I can tell you I am much smarter than that as a person that's sick and has been on medicine most of their lives I wouldn't leave my medicine in a cup holder at a car wash. I make sure all of my items of value are stowed out the way and have never went through this before they haven't even offered me a refund nothing and I spent over 60$ plus tip.

I went to Evergreen Car Wash on 10/12/2023. I talked to some man on the phone because he was the only one who understood English. I put my medicine in the glove box to keep them from messing with it. I locked it not knowing that someone would take the key out of my fob and unlock it. They stole my meds. I called them and they admitted SOMEONE saw the meds and that was it. I paid 45.00 and a 15.00 dollar tip just for them to steal my stomach meds. My meds was with ibuprophine and execedrine in the bottles with the name on them. Why didn't they take that. Dumb asses thought because the pills were blue they had some good stuff. They are stomach pills. I am going to keep writing reviews. I spent 60.00 for nothing.

I recently had my car washed at Evergreen Auto Wash and Detailing, which has its entrance conveniently located on the side off Evergreen Ave. Upon arriving, I was warmly welcomed by either the manager or owner who took the time to explain the different tiers of services and pricing in a very transparent manner. I was happy to learn that customers can also inquire about a Yelp discount. The team did a thorough job washing and detailing the interior and exterior of my vehicle. They were meticulous in cleaning every nook and cranny. My car looked practically brand new when they were finished! There was just one small miss - the deep crevice where my windshield wipers rest was not completely cleaned out. Given the otherwise stellar job the team did, I'm still giving Evergreen Auto Wash 4 out of 5 stars. I would happily come back and recommend their services to friends and family. The owner/manager provides excellent customer service, the facilities are spotless, and the team pays close attention to detail. I have no doubt they would quickly remedy the one area that was missed. With such great service at fair prices, Evergreen Auto Wash is my new go-to for all my auto detailing needs!

quick. affordable. kind. found this car wash on yelp while trying to look for good hand car washes. at first i was skeptical, but the gentleman that handled my car were very nice. they do not take credit cards, only zelle and or cash! if you're in east la area, check them out. $25 for basic wash.

For a car wash, tire wash, and interior vacuuming they charged 25$! Amazing price and they were very hard working. I'm glad we found this place, they were very helpful and did a great job!

I came here not really expecting much, but these guys did a bang-up job washing my car and cleaning the inside for a great price. I did have to wait a little more than an hour since I came during a Saturday afternoon and, to be fair, the guy did warn me that it would be long wait, but it was worth it. Give these guys a shot.

I'm back for my second time. First time here was with my husbands Honda Element. I paid for a Detail job at $65 (so much less expensive than anywhere we've ever been) and the job they did was way beyond any cleaning / detailing we've ever had. They got into every nook and cranny from trunk to dash. I couldn't believe it. I was in awe. It's been a few weeks and I still can't help but smile every time I get in that car. And finally now it's time for my little Mini Cooper to be washed. I'm sitting in the shade watching as the bubbles and scrubbing begin. I can't wait to see how it turns out. I can already tell it'll be sparklier than ever. And all the guys here are friendly, extremely courteous and professional. I truly can't say enough. I'm rarely compelled to write a review. This place is just that good!!

Great hidden gem in the heart of Boyle Heights! It's located inside an ARCO and just pull around to the back to get in queue. When I went at 9am on a weekday morning, there was a few cars in front of me. I was greeted and asked which package I wanted - I opted for the a basic wash that's $17. There was some mild selling and telling me that my dash is dusty, but I like to handle my own interior work and politely declined a few times. The guy was chill after he saw I wasn't going to change my mind. There is a little shady area where you can wait and watch your car being washed. They were quick but thorough, which I appreciate. I'd go back again if I'm in the area and need a car wash.

Drove in with a dirty, dusty Jeep. Drove out with an incredibly clean, shining Jeep inside and out. The team was fast, efficient, and very affordable given the care they give each hand wash. Would recommend and will certainly be back.
