I manage a small RV dealer in San Diego and we had a mutual customer that was having his 5th wheel hitch installed at Desert RV Service so that he could come pick up his new 5th wheel from us. There were a couple parts that didnt make it in time for the hitch and our customer needed the unit for his vacation the following day. Joel Gonzalez from Desert RV Service hopped in his work truck and hauled butt almost 2 hours to our location (to make it before we closed) to get our customers 5th wheel and take it straight to his house and complete his hitch the following morning. I have never seen anything like that. Joel had a great attitude and our main priority was taking care of the customer. I will be referring anyone in the desert to Joel and cant say enough great things about his company. Inconveniences and mishaps happen every day, what matters is how we handle it, and he went above and beyond, driving 4 hours round trip, putting miles on his truck and spending a ton in gas, to make sure our customer got what he needed. Great job Joel, youre a REAL one :)

I had a phenomenal experience with Desert RV. My family and I had some bearing issues on one of our RV wheels after crossing into Baja. We were able to make it to Desert RV for the repair, and not only did the fit us in but their entire staff was top notch; both knowledgeable and friendly.
I would not hesitate to work with them again, and our home on wheels was taken care of in an expedient and affordable manner.

Second vehicle that I have placed ceramic tint on. Absolutely reasonable prices and better yet quality work. And if this isn't enough they back their work 100%. Shout out to Owner Joel Gonzalez and his awesome work crew.

Call them, they came out to Glamis Flats same day. Fixed our refrigerator and restroom in less than an hour. Our technician was very nice and professional. He know what he was doing and was honest!!! Highly recommend!!!

Had to replace a black water tank. These guys did a great job at a very fair price. Phoned on a Monday and they ordered and stalled the tank by Thursday. I'd definitely use them again.

These guys are thieves. Towing units illegally within hours of being away from it. They cut and broke locks then charge over $1500+ to recover. They took atpwast 7 other trailers the same way that I know of and are horrible to deal with. Don't ever venture too fsr from your trailer out in Glamis.

extremely rude, unhelpful, threatening, and do not follow the actual law. Impounded our trailer after breaking our locks off of it while it was in BLM land awaiting pick up. Vehicle was never provided the original certificate of origin and therefore had a moving permit with an online registration started. In order to complete the registration the dealership has to mail the original certificate of origin and the unit must be towed to the DMV for an on-site vin verification then the registration ca be completed.the tow company refuses to release the vehicle despite it having a valid moving permit and online registration thus creating a vicious cycle where i can not recover my trailer
