Wen you call to check in the people who answer the phone are rude and don't tell you what is next and they hang up

It was an nice place. Great staff, bathroom door was coming off? They had plenty of parking and they loaded quickly after I got a door. They did say they don't like having people stay the night but if your out of drive time go ahead and stay.

Old and outdated facility. Improvement badly needed. Office lady could be nicer. Very friendly and professional loading staff. Loaded quite fast, no complaint.
