“I showed up just before opening time. I saw several people working in conjunction with each other, opening their bays, moving the trucks, and prepping the equipment simultaneously, working quickly and efficiently as one. The work area looked well-organized. Before even talking to someone, I was already impressed. I got a flat tire that was badly damaged and could not be repaired. Unfortunately, they had to order the tire, saying that it would come no later than 1:30 pm the next day. They called exactly when it arrived. When we arrived five minutes later, they had already put the new tire on the rim and had the tire on my car a few minutes later. This was especially good because I had to drive my friend to the airport right after that, so we were relieved that they handled everything so smoothly. Everyone was professional, courteous, and nice. This should be a six-star rating, really. This is a very well-run shop. Strongly recommended. And yes, we made it to the airport on time.”

“I manage a small RV dealer in San Diego and we had a mutual customer that was having his 5th wheel hitch installed at Desert RV Service so that he could come pick up his new 5th wheel from us. There were a couple parts that didnt make it in time for the hitch and our customer needed the unit for his vacation the following day. Joel Gonzalez from Desert RV Service hopped in his work truck and hauled butt almost 2 hours to our location (to make it before we closed) to get our customers 5th wheel and take it straight to his house and complete his hitch the following morning. I have never seen anything like that. Joel had a great attitude and our main priority was taking care of the customer. I will be referring anyone in the desert to Joel and cant say enough great things about his company. Inconveniences and mishaps happen every day, what matters is how we handle it, and he went above and beyond, driving 4 hours round trip, putting miles on his truck and spending a ton in gas, to make sure our customer got what he needed. Great job Joel, youre a REAL one :)

“We were out of town camping in ocotillo with our rv and saw our truck tire had a leak, we went to discount tire to replace it after seeing the plug wouldn't hold and they couldn't get the tire off due to the tire having an after market lock that we new nothing about. Discount couldn't get it off for some reason so I called quick lane and at first they didn't have one that could unlock it and THANK GOD THEY DIDNT GIVE UP ! They got them all off in a timely fashion. None of them had ever seen wheel locks like this either so the fact that they helped us out and got it off was literally a life saver ! Thank you quick lane !!!!”
