I tend to ship out from time to time packages. I always meet this kind woman at the front who is always so sweet and understanding. On the days she isn’t there there is this Asian man in the front who is extremely rude.You probably think I’m exaggerating but that’s not the case. Yesterday my fiancé was trying to drop off a package for me it was 15 minutes before closing. The minute he opened the door the man said “ hey we are closed you can’t drop it off here you have to come back tomorrow morning. My fiancé politely asked “is it closing time” and the man said “ it doesn’t matter what the website says if i say we are closed we are closed. His tone was very demanding and his behavior was inappropriate. My fiancé asked him why he was talking to him in that way and even apologized if he offended him. The man said “what do you mean talking to you that way I’m telling you right now” and my fiancé wanted to ask what his name was to talk to his supervisor but all he said was “I have a name tag don’t I? And walked away.It is not the first time we have had an encounter with this man. He is always extremely rude, disrespectful and inappropriate. I try not to argue, but it is tough sometimes. Manners and etiquette have seem to gone out the window at this post office. Such a shame, he makes the rest of the workers look horrible. Ironically enough he is always like this every time we come across him. .

I was on time for my appointment and I didn’t fill out the form, the Chinese guy was escaping from the work and brought me a lot of excuses because I didn’t fill out the form. I came up here from 100 miles away after two months waiting and told him that I need to talk with his supervisor to solve my problem and he refused to introduce his supervisor. I have a bad experience with that Chinese guy.

Folks working here were really nice. Went there for a passport renewal and they really helped with the process. Easy and free parking on the side.

Made an appointment online for three passports. Waited for about 5 minutes after my appointment time to be seen. Got the photos taken, handed the lady all the documents (already filled out). Took less than 30 minutes for her to process all three passport applications and charge us the fees. Very efficient and friendly staff. Please make an appointment, the process goes extremely fast.

A few years ago I too had a couple of bad experiences with an employee who was most unpleasant, perhaps the same one referred to in some of the unfavorable reviews here. However, just recently, I had superb service with Raysa and Jesse, and this on a string of occasions during the same period. I had some boxes to send overseas and they were both very helpful in determining the best way to send them, as well as assisting me with repacking some things for better shipping. What a nice surprise this was. If you had a bad vibe here in the past, why not try again? I think you will find there has been a positive change.

I have been going to this post office for the past 3 years for all my needs. The staff here are some of the nicest people I have ever met. Extremely helpful, quick and efficient with all their customers and their needs. They always go above and beyond to help me with whatever I need and with no hesitation. It's always great to see such happy and friendly employees who care so much about their customers.

They're only helpful if they're in the mood. Stingy with petty things like tape. Decided to take my business to FedEx where they were happy to share their tape with me, helped me tape up my package & will deliver my package faster. No wonder the US postal service is on its last leg!
