The front counter is pleasant, but my timely Amazon packages are never delivered. Also, regular packages are not delivered. I called the USPostal complaint department about this and was told this was illegal not to deliver USPostal packages to your address.

Once upon a time, they would bring packages to you. Now, unless it fits in you mailbox, you get a stupid orange form saying they "tried" to deliver...and then you get to go to the post office to retrieve it. The guy I see inside the post office is nice, and I did ask why they never deliver packages anymore. I was told "it depends on the carrier". Whatever the reason, you end up wondering how you can get around ever using them again!

Whenever they don't feel like coming up my driveway to deliver a package, they LIE and say I wasn't home (I'm disabled, and ALWAYS home, and none of my packages require a signature anyway). There is usually no answer at the post office during the hours they are SUPPOSED to be open. I'm so sick of the dishonesty.

They marked my mail as "undeliverable" when I had an active mail forwarding to another state on file. I'm fairly sure this breaks federal law.

Do not use this post office if you want to see your package again. I mailed an $800 iPhone tradein, in an ATT supplied box and label. It was stolen by someone in USPS.

This is the worst customer service in the entire USPS system I have experienced to date. I sent a registered mail letter over a month ago from the Boulder Creek, CA post office and upon checking the status recently online(the USPS tracking system states my letter is moving through the system and is going to deliver late).I was told by the Boulder Creek, CA post office staff my letter disappeared into the "ether". I was told to go online to contact the receiving post office, by the staff to locate the lost letter. Upon going to the USPS web site, the web site lacks any information to help locate the lost mail efficiently. After spending 1-2 hours unsuccessfully making attempts to locate the lost mail, I gave up. The following day I was near the Scotts Valley post office and inquired about a refund for the failed services of USPS. The staff directed me back to the Boulder Creek post office, where I originally sent the letter, for a refund. Upon requesting a refund, I was informed USPS does not give refunds for certified mail services, by the USPS manager. There is no USPS posted signage, or printed on the receipt, as to any refund policies are in effect at USPS. I was told by the Boulder Creek, CA manager to call the 800 number listed on the receipt for help. Upon calling I was told by the automated system, my expected wait time to speak to a live representative was 5 hrs and 20 minutes to 28 hrs. Hard to believe such a system can exist. But the nice thing about the automated phone system, I was given the option as to which type of music I would like to listen to while I waited on hold.Quite the RIP OFF!!! USPS loses the certified mail, and refuses to refund the costs. If I were you, I would avoid this USPS post office at all costs. I know I will.

We get nothing but "delivery attempted" notices on 99% of orders when we have cameras at the mailboxes & can clearly see no attempts from carriers were ever made for any of these multiple "delivery attempts" just lazy! Even requesting redelivery is a joke as they'll just let your packages sit at the post office for weeks & make no attempt to redeliver. You have to drive to the post office & wait in the long line everytime. We miss our old carrier, Jeanie! Ever since she quit, our mail has been a nightmare to get!

The carrier said they attempted to deliver a packge but said they couldn't because my driveway was obstructed. My driveway is not obstructed, so I don't see any reason why they said it was. They tried the next day, but instead of delivering it, they put a notice in my mailbox to either reschedule the delivery or to pick it up. I rescheduled the delivery, letting them know that my driveway wasn't obstructed, and they still didn't deliver it. The house next door has an obstructed driveway, so they must have thought that that was my house, even though my street number is clearly posted on one of my gate posts. This has never happened before, so it may be that they had a new carrier who wasn't paying attention to make sure they were delivering it to the right address.

I just found a post office notice in my mailbox for a package not delivered because I wasn't at home. Lies. I was at home working all day, barely moved from my chair. The box showing when it can be picked up from the post office stated NOW. So if it was located at the post office when the notice was delivered, how did they attempt to deliver the package? One day my mother was at the mailbox when the postal worker arrived and HANDED her a pre-written package notice. When my mother asked where is the package the answer was "at the post office". No explanation or apology. The package contained medication. I just have a question: how many of you can display such conduct at work and still have a job? Only at USPS.

i had to call your boulder creek office when i failed to receive a $89.00 bottle of pills that YOUR office swears was delivered....this past weekend i had the pleasure of chatting with my postalcarrier @ Henflings and relayed the message again about my lost pill order and she said she would be very careful in the future....then today i get home and find yet another letter from an address on Aquila Way.....really?...(i live on redwood way~)...i am not trying to cause waves but seriously , carriers have 1 job....deliver the mail to the right address and almost daily i get misdelivered mail for my neighbors including voting material and even packages so it is not a surprise to me that i never received my pills that you claim you delivered...i am disgusted!....as i was chatting with my carrier i had to remind her NOT to flick her ashes on the leafy ground between Henflings and the Fire Dept next door....UHH....how well do you screen these postal workers for their ability to pay attention because i think someone is "distracted " , needs to learn how to read or just needs retraining.....i am running out of faith in your office rapidly.....for over 6 months i had a package of vitamins sit in your lost package box when i lived in brookdale....the package should have gone to po box 31 brookdale as it clearly said on the address but instead was tossed in the lost parcel box and left there....this 2 years ago and i don't see it getting any better!..for a month my rent was sitting in the wrong po box and i almost got evicted!....instead of putting the envelope into Lee Summers PO Box it went into the next po box that wasen't checked for a month.....thank God i had my Money order as proof but it speaks poorly of the services rendered...i am still persuing the recent undelivered package that you claim was delivered and i want to know who it was delivered to...i will hand walk in the letter i recceived today into your office tomorrow just to prove my point!...someone is sleeping on the job!...i want my pills or my money refunded now!...i was going to wait to see if they were turned in but obviously somebody scored at my expense....i live on $950.00 a month and i cannot afford to replace an $89.00 bottle of pills.....i drive to scotts valley to do alot of my mailing out because of the inept staff you have serving the front desk....is this really the BEST you can do...i have spoken with adonna Edward and she has had the same type of expeiences as i have.....so has Hilary Stanley.....WHAT IS BEING DONE TO FIX THIS?

This has to be one of the worst post offices around. They have such limited hours for their office that it's really difficult to go in to get anything done. Can't even check your mail past 5pm. It's local, which is basically the only thing going for it. Even the workers here can be difficult to work with. Been to a few USPS locations and this has been the worst so far. Feels bad.

Rating is a ZERO - Package said out for delivery this morning. They never delivered. I looked it up online and they have it listed as "customer requested hold" which is a lie. That is a medical device we needed today and I was home every minute. I am very angry but of course, no one answers the phone. They close at 4. I had no choice for usps versus fedex or other. We need his so my wife can breath while she sleeps....but of course, usps doesn't care. I am on 45 min estimated hold on main number where I am sure I will get a person who knows nothing. Disgusting they just lie because they didn't want to bother to deliver it. Disgusting what this once fine service has turned into.

The post office has closed the access to the post boxes, lobby, at 5:00 pm, closed weekends and holidays. Claimed this was due to stimulus checks causing box break in. Then they took away trash cans, said that mail left behind caused, security problems. Treated like subjects not customers. 30 years with same box, lobby opened 24/7, now a problem? No trash cans?
