“This is the best UPS store I have used. Every staff member is welcoming , cheerful, patient as you work through all the various steps to return or mail items.They are very dog friendly, even have a Dog Walk of Fame if every dog that comes to the store, always have dog treats, make time to greet (yes, they know many of our favorite pets by name) the dogs, and offer them treats.We take our dog on his favorite walk ti downtown Saratoga, he always goes ti the UPS Store because he knows that he gets treated royally there. He will wait outside the store for as long as 10 minutes even though the store is closed.The store is part of our community!!”

“We have the BEST UPS delivery people that deliver to our house. Yesterday was a rainy day when the driver delivered a box to our house. He was the ultimate considerate delivery person EVER!! He put the box in a plastic bag so it would not get wet. He may have noticed it had baking flour in it. Wow!! that is above and beyond service!!! thank you UPS for hiring the right people.”
“Ozden in the printing department was very friendly and helped me make a bunch of copies. He showed me how to use the copier and showed me how to get a great deal on the project I needed to do. When one of my packages went missing, Supervisor Rhonda Garcia took prompt action to trace the GPS location of delivery and our area mailman Kodi went to the location, collected the package and handed it over to me in person. They both kept me updated via phone calls, throughout the process. Really appreciate both their help and prompt action in solving the problem within 24 hours!”

“Went in for a passport appointment (including photograph) for our 3 months old. I wanted to drop in a note for how patient and smooth the process was. The USPS clerk was patient with our baby for the photo taking process, in fact she recommended we feed via bottle her for a while as the baby got cranky. She patiently waited and clicked a couple of photos and asked us for the best one for the passport. Tips for new parents - 1) Fill your form online via “form filler” and print it out for minimal hassle with the baby at location. 2) Bring a blank personal check to pay US dept of state (which is separate from USPS fees). 3) Get 2x birth certificates from your county office as USPS keeps one for sometime. 4) Make the baby wear dark clothes that will stand out on a white background.”

“I always get my packages and find staff funny and friendly. So many reviews about mail carriers...im reviewing the post office itself where my PO box is and where I send packages. The staff do the best they can. There have been many funding cuts to public services of all kinds including the Post Office. Having worked at a similar agency myself, I give props to folks who do more than their share on an anemic budget!”
“Mixed reviews about this POST Office. My experience with the counter folks have been very positive and helpful. They take the time to explain the process and the different options for mailing packages and certified mail.
My residence is a bit rural so oftentimes I get a slip in the mailbox to pick up a package. They're always very prompt and courteous at counter. I know they sometimes deal with customers that are less than respectful.
Song has worked many years and exemplifies the professionalism as well.
