“Kaiser doesn't have a strong footprint in the Santa Cruz area. These offices fill a gap that is left by the lack of a full hospital. Your only other option for full medical serves is to "go over the hill" (aka through HWY17) to reach the San Jose facilities. If you're willing to wait longer for an in person appointment then Scott's valley may be worth it.”

When I got home I realized one of the items didn't make it onto the return. I called in and Maddie said as able to locate the item that was missed and reimbursed it. No need to drive back down. “This review is for the CVS in target on Douglas Avenue. I went in today to pick up my dogs prescription. The gentleman behind the counter brought it out and it was $90 since obviously my dog does not have health insurance. I was rather taken aback at the price and I did not have a credit card that would take that amount of money. He took it back to reduce the quantity so it would be more affordable and in the meantime tried a different coupon for a dog prescriptions, and was able to cut the price down by 2/3! I was very grateful great service here!”

“Janeva is the best. Normally I use CVS in Scotts Valley out of habit. They couldn’t get my prescription for some reason yet didn’t notify me about it. I went in and they suggested trying Walgreens. Walgreens faxed CVS for the transfer which CVS didn’t respond to. Then Janeva talked to them on phone and got it transferred. CVS said I could only do a 3 month supply but I’m going out of the country for 4 months. The prescription was for 6 months supply. Janeva not only was able to do the 6 month supply but for cheaper than CVS! Normally it’s $120 for 3 months but she figured out how to do it for $80. Not only is she amazing at her job but she’s nice and funny too.”

“I was inspired to write this Yelp review of my local Walgreens because of Jeff, the employee I interacted with in the Photo department. It was very busy in the store since today is Christmas Eve and many others (myself included) were doing last minute gift shopping. Despite the volume of customers, I received the best customer service from Jeff. Not only did he have my Photos prepared for me in less than 1 hour, but he also took the time to search for a Picture Frame so that I would have the right size frame for the prints I'd ordered!!! So clutch!! His coworker Jose took over while Jeff was searching the BACK-STOCK for a frame for me. Great teamwork, guys! They were both festively dressed, and in jolly spirits. I had a great experience with the Walgreens photo department at this store. In general, this is my go-to Walgreens store and I've been coming here for 10+ years. They have a good selection of inventory and kind, helpful employees.”

I came in to get my passport photo taken and she was the only one there but was extremely efficient and helpful to everyone there! I had to wait a couple of minutes while she helped the people at the front, but she was quick to get back to helping me and was so apologetic about the wait.”

“This little pharmacy is the best gift shop. They have most everything that you could need even if it is a little more expensive because it's out here in the mountains. They have very cute toys and gifts for people! it's kind of like a mini Target with an assortment of house goods, although they do not have food I don't think. And the people that work here are always very friendly.”
