Kim is awesome! Our dog was a rescue, and was not one that loved baths. Kim was so sweet and worked well with him. She also gave the cutest cuts ... he used to get compliments all the time. Kim is the only groomer I will go to, and will do so again when we get another rescue.

She accepted a last minute appointment and handled my dog with care…even though my Yorkie was flipping out. I’m definitely going back!

Kim is SO great! I bring my 2 dogs in for nail trims once a month and Kim is always so sweet and patient with them. She noticed that they are less stressed when there aren't other dogs around so she schedules us so that we can arrive and leave when we are the only ones there. She's very attentive to whether the dogs feel any discomfort and is so careful not to nip the quick of the nail. Couldn't ask for a better experience!Cash only and you'll need to make an appointment for nail trims. The website says "drop-in nail trims" but that's not accurate so just make an appointment and you'll be glad you did.

I came after extensive research about where I could wash my dog myself. I skipped out on many DIY places to support my little town of boulder creek only to find a "be back soon" sign. Once she returned I was notified it's no longer DIY and the appointments were booked. She claimed she didn't care to change the sign THAT ADVERTISES FOR DIY WASHING, and said she has a small sign in the window. Unbelievably unsatisfied with this business. If you change what you do... CHANGE THE SIGN.
