Your clinic took exceptionally good care of our dog after a pretty serious injury after our regular vet said they could not see her for several days. Dr. Gerrity came in on her day off to treat our pet. We will be moving our regular vet needs from where they were before to Boulder Creek Vet. We could not ask for more from a vet than we got on Friday from Dr. Gerrity and the rest of the staff. Thank you!!

Our dog had diarrhea for a couple days and was having difficulty getting up. BCVC saw him, gave him IV fluids and some medicine and referred him to the emergency vet. He recovered very well and is doing great. :)

Thorough care from Dr. Garrity. She is prepared to pull out all the stops - if that's what you want. She is the first vet who will talk as much about my animals as I do. ?

Wonderful staff and vets. Always helpful with emergency issues and hyper moms/dads.I appreciate that they will test stool on my dogs who get into the gardens etc..I've brought my dogs and cats here for years. I refer my clients here and always appreciate the support.Internet/cell doesn't work here so ask to use their wifi if you need to pay your bill. They also have a super cute pet store.

I am so thankful for Dr. Gerrity and Dr. Mottishaw! Dr. G has been wonderful with my new kitten. My biggest thanks goes to Dr. M and the technicians who helped with my 9 year old. She was sick and went to the ER, ( they were also helpful) but I was told that with her anxiety and slight aggression, to do blood work/urinalysis and other testing, she would likely need to be fully sedated. Thanks to Dr. M and friends patience and willingness, they were able to do ALL of that WITHOUT sedation. Was it overly easy, no. But with me also being able to be in the room to calm my baby with my voice and their teamwork together, they got it done with VERY minimal stress to my little girl. I couldn’t be more grateful for the help they provided. Especially when I would have been willing to sedate, but I wouldn’t have been able to afford Christmas lol. This isn’t to say that your companions wouldn’t have to be sedated, it’s case by case, but it seems that they aren’t going to suggest it unless absolutely necessary, considering the ER Dr. said that my girl would have had to be. Thank you again!Love Veronica, Iris and Aster

My wife took our dogs in which normally I do and unfortunately she had a very horrible experience. The vet was very rude to her and even just walked off while she was calling me to ask a question and just told her to go to the front of the office..We paid $85 for each dog to have a physical exam, the vet just took the dogs temperature, listened to the heart rate and lungs and that was it.We were feeling like something wasn't right with the dogs when my wife got home that evening and decided to get a second opinion from another vet. Turned out both dogs had ear mites and ear infections and were developing hot spots from the ear infections. AND we found out one of the dogs has Lipoma. None of this was diagnosed during the exam.As new dog owners this is why we go to the vet because we are not the experts and we look to the advice of experts. So in essence we paid $170 for absolutely nothing and our last vet would never charge us to weigh the dogs or check the temperature nor does our new vet we are going to after this horrible experience. They will nickel and dime you for EVERYTHING and even tried to get my wife to pay for shots that one dog was not due for at least several months. The front desk people seem to be friendly but the vet has zero compassion or interest in your pets and frankly was a shocking experience

Tried to give them benefit of doubt if a off day l, but I should have stayed away. Poor service, misdiagnosed issues, charge for everything. Offer a lot of added services not needed. Pricey and if you want a RX for you to take elsewhere they have a huge attitude and they will charge for the time takes to get the Dr approved. If you love your pet, look elsewhere

Friendly knowledgeable staff, professional caring care. Dr. Gerrity has been in practice here for a long time and knows from personal experience as well as professional what she's dealing with. She is caring and always lets you know what the situation is and what your options are, as well as what the cost is. I've been taking my cats to her for over 30 years, and have boarded them many times. During the CZU fire, she took all the animals in her care to safety. The staff are great and always helpful. I especially liked the late open hours when I was working, so I could get home from Santa Clara and still be able to bring my cats in if I needed to.
