“I first saw their work at Sierra Azul nursery Later I also saw them at the Palo Alto Ceramics and Glass art show that is held every July. I am in love with their glassblown flowers and the way they put them together. I bought the mid range size for the front of my yard and could not be more happy!! It is one of my very favorite pieces in the yard. The colors are beautiful and so is the way that they have arranged them on the base, to make a giant bouquet At night when the lights shine on it, it is magnificent. I get so many compliments on this piece from all that visits us!! The artists are wonderful, accommodating people, and they stand by their work.”

“Fun experience, where we got to learn about glass and glass making in a fun and safe space. And on top of it to go home with a wonderful piece of art! Definitely recommend.”

“This is a fantastic center for performing arts. They have outdoor concerts and plays, indoor performances in the carriage house, rotating art exhibits, and outdoor art installations. They have color signs on the side of the building with the 2024 shows, complete with the dates and prices. There are four parking lots here. Where you will park should depend on what you intend to do. There are a couple easy-to-navigate trails here, narrow, mostly shaded, and with good elevation. Some of the other noteworthy spots here include a gated eucalyptus tree walkway, a succulent garden, and a place with some installations that make music with the wind.”

“I was so excited to find this beautiful store on the corner while exploring the town of Los Gatos. The jewelry and accessories are beautiful and I love the kitschy tchotchkes. I couldn't find a mezzuzah but I bought a hat to keep me warm this week! The owner is super sweet and helpful! Make sure you visit this very cool store when you're in the area A+++”

“Free art gallery in downtown Saratoga area!! Open to the public! Arrived with some friends around 2:30 pm on a Sunday afternoon. Sundays are the best days to visit any downtown area since parking isn't a struggle and it's free. We stumbled upon this art gallery since we were enticed for the free art magnet if you visit the gallery. It houses up to 25 artists and they're one of the few exhibits that survived throughout the pandemic. Faye, the caretaker, for the day was super kind and descriptive in the art gallery; great conversationalist and knowledgeable about the art and artists in the gallery. There's about 4 rooms from jewelry, scarves, ceramics, and prints. Breathtaking art from abstract, landscape scenery, small prints of flowers and plants, and so much more. Seeing recently produced artwork is awesome; my friends had such a blast that two of them bought some art prints for home decor, especially some cat art prints. It's a great sight to see in downtown Saratoga! Take a quick stop to enjoy the art!”

“I really wanted a burl coffee table made of redwood and ‘virtually’ stumbled across this place after many hours of looking at different Bay Area businesses online. On a Sunday afternoon, I called and left a message, and they returned my call the same day to confirm they had a few coffee tables I could look at. They mentioned they usually close around 5pm but would stay open since they knew I was coming down.So I drove down, parked on the street in front of the business (house across from the high school) and walked in. Inside there were sculptures, animal figurines, wall clocks, bowls, plates, and lot of other things - all made of redwood.Of course there were several tables made of redwood, all very reasonably priced compared to other Bay Area redwood table makers. They mentioned they had over 50 years of experience with table making and their beautiful work backs up that claim. The owner Norma and her daughter Nancy were absolutely wonderful to talk to and made the whole experience terrific.”

“I surprised my boyfriend with the metal clay dome pendant class where we got to learn how to make pendants from metal clay! Our instructor was Rae Rodriguez, who is very knowledgeable on the subject, she is amazing, talented, patient, fun, all around wonderful teacher! My boyfriend and I walked away with two amazing pendants, and he said it was one of the coolest things we ever done! We will be coming back for more classes!”

“The newly opened space at 123 Locust is yet another amazing addition to the Cedar Street art and food scene. Located between Art du Jour and The Red Room, Gabriela's Cafe and The Penny Ice Creamery it's like a deelicious loop of art, food and more art. This past First Friday showcased the entire Leeds family body of work- all brilliant, plus surf boards that look and function as art and the large scale figurative work as an opening salvo for Marc and Noah Gould. It's such a welcome addition to this already uber vibrant block of Cedar and Locust.”
