I've been overpaying by $20 a month for over 2yrs. Charged me for 400 speed when only giving me 200. Then I called said I could have 400 for 74.99 but on line shows it as 64.99. Their 1G is 79.99. They are theives!! Very upset need to talk to them about this. ?????

The Borrego Springs location is temporarily or permanently closed. The hours and days listed here must be online or over phone only because they don't answer. When it was open, the girl at the front desk was very rude and mean spirited. The internet and customer service has been a bit better since it changed to Zito, but the guy was just here 3 days ago and service already not working for my computer. High prices. Unreliable service.

Terrible company. Service is unreliable and when I changed companies and they had their equipment back, they owed me $29 for the rest of the month and even though they admitted it was owed to me, they said they couldn't pay it back. They can ruin my credit if I don't pay but they won't return my money if they owe me! Hmmm. I guess the only thing I can do about it is to contact the State Attorney General. The bad thing is, they don't care.Use a different company in your area

Most of the time our internet works fine and they recently lowered prices in my area which is great. However when there is an issue they can NEVER tell you when it will be fixed. This happens at least a couple times a month. As someone who works from home and relies on having Internet to do my job it is beyond frustrating to not have any idea when service will be restored. They are not at all proactive eithernin letting you know that service is out or has been restored. So much improvement opportunity here.

Very poor service, reps have a poor attitude and an unwillingness to correct problems. Worse yet, the internet has been off for days at a time.

My service has been disconnected for months, but I am still receiving bills. I called customer service twice; the first time they gave me a credit and told me the account was cancelled. Two months later, I received a new bill charging me for service I don't have. I called customer service, and I effectively had someone talk down to me the entire time and say they couldn't "guarantee I would receive a credit" for the month that I didn't receive service. This is the worst ISP ever.

I can't even start to explain how bad this internet provider is! I've had this internet for years now and is pushing me closer and closer of just biting the bullet and getting a more expensive provider. The internet shuts off every week and a half so pretty much your paying for nothing half the time. As I'm writing this I'm looking at a no internet screen. Customer Service is a mess. They're no help and you'll be lucky if they even pick up. They just tell you they'll fix it and you'll have to wait 3 to 4 hours before someone actually does. DO NOT GET THIS PROVIDER.

I didn’t like there services at all1. To pay a service bill a hindu person handled the calls I felt like this was a total scam2. There internet speed was low I was paying for the highest speed and only got like 30mbps3. Internet down yet still had to pay for there serviceVery unsatisfied with there services

0 stars. The worst company out there, it has no integrity. Will make up fees and employees are not trained and will end up charging you a lot more without knowing why.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Constant outages without warning and Wi-Fi barely works when on. Do yourself a favor and get a different internet provider. Customer service is not helpful what so ever. It is absolutely ridiculous especially those of us who work or study from home and rely on strong Wi-Fi to go days without service.
