“Wasn't expecting much on our first visit, as the cafe is pretty much out in the middle of nowhere. What a pleasant surprise it turned out to be! Christine runs the cafe, and clearly takes a lot of pride in the food she puts out. Everything is made from scratch, and she goes out of her way to ensure she gets the best meat and produce. While waiting for our order, we spoke with an older couple sitting next to us who told us they drive all the way out from Ramona several times a month just to eat breakfast there.We ordered the breakfast burritos, and they were amazing. Some one else told us they serve a tri-tip sandwich for lunch that is killer. Seconds later, Christine brings us a couple slices of tri-tip to sample...delicious!If you get out to Ocotillo Wells, do yourself a favor and grab some food at the Blu-Inn-Cafe...you wont be sorry.”
