Never coming back, as I walked walked up to the counter, waiting for some old woman working here to help me get fuel, some other guy walks up with a cup of coffee and she goes right to helping him, I feel very discriminated

Extremely poor customer service. Manager & employee (Nikki) were argumentative over which register to go to. Instead of simply ringing up the product, Nikki wanted to be combative over some sodas. Do not drink the sodas. The ice machine isn’t thoroughly clean out due to the foul taste which is health violation. Half of the soda products were not available. These individuals need to be retrained on proper customer etiquette.

Stopped to fuel and wash windows on the big truck at about 0300 and July 12, 2024. There was an associate (manager) out at the diesel pumps with a checklist!!! I have never seen that in 26 years of driving! The bathrooms were immaculate, the squeegees were in perfect shape and the bug wash buckets were full. Diesel pumps were clean and I didn't see one piece of garbage in the parking lot. The manager actually THANKED an employee for mopping. I didn't catch any names but I saw two ladies and one gentleman that evening and all three were stupendous and professional.

Decent-sized convenience store with gas station, on the corner of 58 x 295 highways. The gas station is always busy and their parking lot can get crowded.
They have some restrooms (could be cleaner, it smelled like a cat's litter box in there!), a Cinnabon counter, and a Subway that connects on the inside.

Ok in honesty this place is great. They have clean restrooms, nice staff, and lots of options. My family and i stop here every time we pass by the buffalo chicken sticks are really good. If i could give 10 stars i would!?

Nice clean store. Plenty of parking and gas pumps. Cinnabon located inside, along with slurpee products and other drink stations. Some were out of order the day we went. And only the cherry slurpee flavor was working. Kinda crowded around the cashier station and it was hard to determine where the line to check out was. An ATM is also available inside by the front door on the gas pump side.

To say Raquel exemplifies customer service is being light on how amazing she is. Truly a class act!!! This pilot is my number one favorite over the road for a reason!!!!!

We recently stopped by for gas on our way back home to Vegas, I was nearly scammed at the gas pump. BEWARE when you pay outside. Someone tried to charge my card several times for more than $100. If you can, pay with cash or a secure prepaid card, if not, go elsewhere. The pump I attempted to use was #5.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The restroom was clean with several stalls. They had lots of options for snacks and drinks. We bought a pack of Cinnabons to enjoy later!

The attached restaurant is always busy but the staff is super well trained that you'll never have to wait long
