Jesse from bike works is the man. I needed a bike part on my trip. I had the part shipped to Jesse at bike works. He was super cool and met me to deliver the bike part and saved my trip. He also introduced me to a couple trails which were amazing outside casper. Everyone knows him. Great guy

Fixed my back tire. and helped me adjust and taught me more about my bike. I called ahead and even though he wasn't open he still came in and helped me. very thankful.

My partner and I have been in twice and are grateful for the time and attention Jesse paid our bikes. He introduced us to some rad trails, and thoroughly examined our bikes.

Jesse is a very knowledgable and provides excellent customer service. He removed my old freewheel and put the new one on in no time. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. I called ahead and found out that the shop was opening at 10am which was no problem for me.

It was time to get back on a bike! But it had been a long time since I bought one. Jesse is such a great resource, and talked me through what i needed and what is now on the market. Super easy sale and delivery; great customer service. He went to extra effort to make sure it was the right bike for me. My Marin bike is great and I'm totally happy!
