Special shoutout for exceptional customer service, especially Desarae and Mariana! When my order of 15,000 mealworms arrived DEAD from being on a hot UPS truck ALL DAY, didn’t arrive until 6:15pm, I was devastated!! I immediately texted customer support, provided the necessary video and had a replacement order of 15,000 LIVE worms within 36 hours!! Thank you Rainbow Mealworms!!

I have ordered twice from them so far.
My first order was great. Everything came nicely, packaged, and in a timely manner.
My second order the mealworm cup lid came off during shipment so about half the mealworms were lost . I contacted them and let them know. I wasn’t even expecting a replacement. Just wanted to let them know for future reference. They were very gracious and immediately offered to ship replacement mealworms to me, which arrived today.
I am extremely happy with their customer service and their products. I will continue to buy from them.

I've been buying from them for years. Very wonderful company! They have fantastic mealworms for all my lizards with very low die off!

Package was delivered, despite clearly being marked "hold for pick up"... our Post Office deff dropped the ball there. However the heat pack was NOT included, despite being requested and paid for. Fewer than half of the Banded Crickets survived and the Earthworms were all DOA. Bean and Dermestid Beetles were all OK.
Customer service responded quickly to the complaint, were very courteous and offered to replace the losses. Greatly appreciated!

It's always a pleasure going here to buy my crickets. They have every size available. They feed them top quality foods, which in turn gives my pets I feed them to a healthy, well-balanced diet. They also ship anywhere you may need. The workers are extremely polite. I would not buy my feeder crickets from any other place.

My favorite place to get meal worms & crickets!! This local, small business has excellent prices compared to the bigger shops and a great variety. I go in person and always am greeted quickly and courteously. Their customer service is on point! I've been buying from them for almost 10 years now!!

I am extremely dissatisfied with my order. Despite repeatedly requesting for the package to be held, every replacement that has been sent to me arrives dead. Texas has been experiencing high temperatures for the past three weeks, and this has led to the demise of the bugs. I have been engaging in back-and-forth email communication for the past two weeks to resolve the issue with the bearded dragons' food, but it seems that each time, I receive a package filled with lifeless insects.Whenever a replacement was sent, there always seemed to be a delay with the mail carrier, further exacerbating the problem. I persistently raised the issue for a replacement, and although it initially seemed promising, the same tragedy occurred again with dead animals. I would consider ordering again; however, the cost of purchasing a sampler pack and then having to resort to buying from big box stores becomes overly expensive to sustain my dragons. Moreover, receiving a refund of only $13.99 is hardly satisfactory. It would be beneficial if the company takes measures to prevent the bugs from perishing when shipped to hot locations. Simply including a large ice pack with the shipment could potentially solve this recurring problem. Ultimately, this issue arose from the initial request to have the package held at the post office, which was never fulfilled. As someone new to the reptile hobby, this entire experience has left a bitter taste and is disheartening.If the manger or owners see this please I would love the input. I would add photos but I’d rather not keep them around the house stinking.

Best price and amazing customer service.
I ordered 5,000 mealworms and they showed up all dead from a heatwave, I contacted customer service and they shipped me a new box of 5,000 mealworms free of charge. I will definitely be ordering from them again and will be recommending them to anyone that has the need for their products.
