“last night i went to boars crossing and grady was working he was so beyond the standard of bartending i've seen in carlsbad. By far the most attentive, understanding, and kind service i've seen in a while. i was sad to come back a few times and see him not working. we need some more grady's in the world.”
“I have been in this store several times over the past few years, with my adult son who frequents the place and usually for a couple of specific items. I needed to stay at his home for a week and hang out with the wee one while the parents were away. The wee one and I went grocery shopping together to pick out some foods for the two of us. It was on January 1st.Being a holiday the store was obviously short staffed, but we had no problems interacting with staff. I hit up the deli section, where only one young man was working. After he helped a couple of other customers he greeted us. I told him I could see he was running the entire area solo and commended him for working the holiday, having an amicable demeanor and being efficient all while working solo.After traversing the store and picking up several items we made it to the fresh produce section. While looking at bananas the employee there greeted us with a smile and asked if he could help us with anything. The cashier also had the same pleasant demeanor as the other two noted employees.Maybe they all were feeling some great New Year vibes because they were getting holiday pay, I don't know, but regardless I felt like a valued customer and appreciated it. I frequent our local Stater Bros and the employees are always good to go, so I am thinking it must be SOP for this company to have decent employees.The store is well stocked and the produce and meat sections are great, BTW.”
“Had an excellent experience with Julie Murray at this location. I made an appointment to complete a Medallion Signature Guarantee, and was contacted by Julie the morning of my appointment letting me know she was unable to complete the process. Julie then called around to her colleagues and found a chase personal banker that was working that day and able to complete the process for me. Fantastic customer service!”

“Came in to get some cash after visiting Ace and sunny massage. Someone was taking forever at the atm, and there was no line. The young man who helped me was very friendly and it was a quick transaction. I like when they offer a bank inside a grocery store. Excellent service and fast! I was finished before the dude at the atm was. Lol.”

“I think this review is important, because so many people give CVS bad reviews, because they have to wait in line, or the medicine they need isn't available when they really need it. I understand that, and it is unfortunate. But I also understand, that long lines, and not having the medicine available, is rarely their fault. Until we "walk in someone's shoes", it's better not to judge, or criticize. I'm giving a positive review because every time I have been at the pharmacy, every staff member has treated me with kindness, professionalism, helpfulness, and friendliness. I want to give a shout out to Shreya. She is the Pharmacy associate that usually helps me at the register. She is such a sweetheart! I always look forward to having her ring me up at the register, and help me with my prescriptions. it's associates like her, as well as specific ones at the retail counter, that make going to CVS a lot easier and rewarding! I will come back with compliments for other specific associates later, on this review, because I can't remember the name of a certain associate that helps me in the retail counter actually three of them, that I would like to personally thank publicly for their kindness, professionalism and helpfulness. There's no perfect place, or perfect person, but I do know that this pharmacy that I go to on Oceanside Blvd., has wonderful staff . Every once in a while, you might get a bad "weed", in the mix of all the "lovely flowers", but that's how it is in life with families, and businesses. It's best to appreciate all the lovelies. She was under a lot of pressure for a very busy Saturday but she kept her cool and her promise to call me Monday when she had an answer for me and I appreciate her work ethic especially when other customers waiting in line were not as patient. I understand that there is a shortage of workers right now so if you see a long line or are waiting a little longer for your food or any other service, be patient! These wonderful people deserve your appreciation for coming to work for YOU! You have choices.. You have a cell phone, play a game or answer some emails or come back later or earlier the next day. Our cellphones literally tells us when the busiest times are to patron any establishment.”

“This store is amazing... I just figured I'd leave a review now and will give them their fair share... it's unfortunate to know this store is closing at the end of the month... this was the best Staters in the area in my open. First, Sean Carne the store manager is always on the floor when he can be to help me and other guests and shoppers in the store. Staff is super friendly & everything was always stocked and filled before the announcement of their closer. Next, compared to other locations (including Aldi & Walmart) their eggs are a bit cheaper than everywhere else. I truly enjoyed shopping at this Staters and hope all the staff and Sean Carne go somewhere close by so I can still have friendly staff to say hello and thank you too.”
