Can never get anyone to answer their phone. They should be open on Saturdays at least, for us people that can't get to the bank except on Saturdays.

Horrible customer service. Tried calling this branch and nobody ever picks up the phone. Keeps routing me to an automated service. I went and deposited a check. It appeared that the funds are available as shown on my account summary, but when I came to withdraw that amount, the bank manager says it hasn’t been cleared yet. Then why is the status available in the first place?

Just want to give a big thank you to teller Kristi who was so patient and helpful, even walking me through uploading my card to my digital wallet without the physical card being present. Overall, everyone I who has helped me here has been lovely, but she really went above and beyond. Thank you Kristi!

This is the closest location to me. I showed up at 11:55 on Saturday (closes at 12) for a transaction that would’ve taken no more than 2 minutes. The doors were already locked. Very disappointed.

Terrible, can’t even keep up with appointments that they set up for you so they’ll keep rescheduling you until it’s inconvenient. Also staff doesn’t really know their stuff.

Waiting…(Edit) I actually found this location to be the nearest to my house, and the wait to be a little long, but they did make up for it in costumer service at least mine did. Thanks Oliver :)

If you want to waste your time come to this bank. Came in at 9:30am to handle a bank wire transfer, but there was no one available. They did say if the 10am appointment doesn't show up, we can have that spot. So we waited. 10:20am rolls by, it's just still me waiting and no one else, reps were still busy, but in my mind, I got the next spot because no one showed up. 10:30 rolls by, rep completes what he was doing, literally skips me and goes to another person that just arrived. Apparently, that was the 10am appointment. HOW CAN YOU SHOW UP 30 MINUTES LATE AND STILL HAVE YOUR APPOINTMENT!? Manager lady talks to us, basically came down to, regardless if they late or whatever, they didn't care at all if we waited the whole day, appointments come first. So to end this review, come here if you want bad customer service, bad internal communication and rude people that doesn't seem like they want to be there.

I have to say, this is a good small branch of Wells Fargo. Business can be a bit slow and we have that one lane open while there are long lines. The renovation of the bank is spectacular and looks modern. The ATM is located at the side of the building facing towards the road and sidewalk but where else would the put the ATM? On the road?
