They stole $140 from my health insurance here according to their new computer system. They have not paid me back, or my insurance company, or even reached out or called me about fixing the situation.

Dont go here if you need to receive money. They just ask you to go to another one. Probably another reason Rite Aid is going bankrupt. If you are going to offer a service, then you should provide it

Hello my friend is legit going thru he'll with his sickness they put me on hold now for 30 mins when I'm trying to get the good rx to lower the price of the meds , horrrible customer service who puts someone on hold for 30 mins ???! I hope you okay I'm gonna be calling corporate And to make it worse they hung up the call , and when I call back I get put on another 30 minute hold thanks rite aid for taking this serious situation and not caring this is a disgrace of a pharmacy

We came for Thrifty ice cream and the woman behind the counter told us she couldn't serve us ice cream because they close at 9 ... dear reader, it was 8:30!
