Met with Maria Ramirez online who rushed through our initial appointment and failed to ask basic questions. She was more concerned about taking personal phone calls than reviewing my documents and getting an understanding of my tax scenario. Then a week later, she sends me a message asking for documents I already uploaded. She told me she has a surgery this week and now I have a message from H&R Block that they are looking for a new tax professional. Absolutely disgusting I need to start all over with someone else when they knew she would be unavailable to do her job. Extremely unprofessional.

Terri was such a blessing to work with. This is the second time I had to deal with the IRS and she was so patient helping me meet their short deadline. Highly recommend and will only work with this office. Thank you so much for the great service.

Terri Muxlow is THE BEST tax pro out there. She had the answers for every question I had and got me most money back I've ever gotten (legally of course!) H & R block is lucky to have her.

I went to file my taxes for 2022. I was very lucky to have a great tax agent by the name of Jessica Sarabia, she was exceptional and super professional. She went I would say not the extra mile, but the extra miles to assist me and make sure I get the most out of my tax refund. I recommend this tax agent, she will not only make sure you get the most out of your tax refund, but also goes above and beyond to assist you and advice you on how to make it easier for you to file your next income taxes for the following years ahead. She will give you tips on how to make it better for you, fill-out any extra forms that you will need to save you headaches, etc etc. I absolutely recommend income-tax agent Jessica Sarabia, you can be sure you are in good hands to file your income taxes.
