Absolutely terrible staff. I tried calling just now to confirm my package was at this location before going to pick it up, and I was told to “Call back because we have a line of people calling”?! I called first, i do not see the issue in attending to me first. I called back, and the man was very obviously upset and on edge and unwilling to help me. Very rude and bad customer service. Never coming here again in the future.

My friend and I went to Mail & Parcel to get our fingerprints done for our jobs and we were so pleased! Ray and his coworker were kind, patient, and efficient. They knew exactly what we needed as soon as we walked in and helped provide all the paperwork. They process was easy and quick. Would happily recommend for all your fingerprinting needs! They also have a variety of stamps available for purchase which is always a bonus.

I went there for my live scan for one of my license. It was very quick process, maybe since I went in the morning, and it’s way more affordable than other places around. I think the gentleman helping me out was Ray, definitely seemed knowledgeable. I saw they offered other services, so I highly recommend.

I needed a Live Scan service for my license renewal and this business was on the BRN list. So glad I found Mail & Parcels Plus. No appointments needed. I brought my form ready and DL. Got fingerprinted and my form faxed and done! Easy as that! Thanks for your assistance today Mr. Aga. I highly recommend this business.

I had a lot of fragile items I needed packaged and shipped. I first went to UPS and was told they couldn’t package the items up for us. I called Mail & Parcels Plus in a panic and they told me they would package everything and ship it for us. They were so friendly and helpful! They wrapped everything great. Two dishes were broke in the process but I blame fed ex for that as they dented the box even though there were fragile stickers all over the boxes. I’m thankful for them and the Manager Ray. I would highly recommend them!

The girl who speaks Spanish was very very kind. He explained everything to me calmly so I could rent my first P.O. Box. I highly recommend it!

I have been going to this location for just about anything (printing, scanning, faxing, mailing, taking passport pictures, notorizing, etc)for a few years now. The associates are very friendly and nice. They answer my questions to the best of their knowledge. I usually ask questions about random things. If I need to do or know something specific, time sensitive or specific forms, I mostly do my research, contact the actual organization, and make sure I have what's needed ready to go. I don't think it's their responsibility to do my research or know everything.

The male employee (while I’m sure is the owner) is very rude and short. Very defensive as well when I called him out, all they want is money and don’t want to help. When I asked for help he said he didn’t know what forms are for each live scan (which is legit, I wouldn’t either). I gave him a form I thought I needed since he was no help but then I found the actual form later and returned. When I showed him the new form that I found and I needed, he immediately knew what the form was and was for and even the exact price!!??These people are liars and rip offs!! I asked for help at first and even told him what I needed the live scan for so he could help me find the form and he said he didn’t know when I came in! But then How do you magically know when I showed u a new form exactly what it was for after telling me you didn’t know!! Which he instantly recognized the form, immediately told me the price BY MEMORY and the process !! He then proceeded to tell me the old form was already processed, how is that even possible to be that fast! Not even 3 hrs later just because he didn’t want to give me my money back. Don’t come here waste of money and time. Zero help and expensive. They do not care to help you. This place should be reported and taken down.

He had a huge file full of them. I asked and told him what I needed the form and he said he didn't know but again immediately showing him the new one, he tells me what it's for, how much it costs and what the other one is for (but yet had no idea at the beginning) . These people are lairs and do not care. Don't come here waste of money and time. Zero help/ customer service and expensive.

I wish I could honestly give them zero stars. I went to get some papers notarized. Complete waste of time and money! The man there is poorly informed of California laws. The lady who I assume is the owner couldn't care less if you are happy or not. I am never going back!

excellent service, great packing and shipping of my oversize item that needed quick delivery to DHL international. they were also able to work out a price discrepancy on the quote system!
