I recently worked with Alexis in regards to home owners and auto insurance and they were so so helpful in answering my questions and making the process as smooth as possible. I couldn't recommend this office and staff enough! Thank you Alexis!

This review is not against Statefarm it is directly against Claudia Alarcon and staff. It is so sad when a company changes management and the new management just doesn't know how to treat they're customers. I've been with Statefarm for over 12 years and never had a problem until Claudia Alarcon took over. It was mistake after mistake and them never taking accountability.
