I usually have issues with this branch. So I go to the branch in Eastlake or Chula Vista. The service is not to par with other locations. I live approximately 3 blocks away. But rather drive a few miles due to the stressful experiences.

You guys need to stop using overseas employees (India) for customer service !!! Specially for areas as delicate as finances.It's so extremely frustrating, their language is limited and is almost imposible to communicate properly.I'm beyond frustrated right now

My wife and I have a checking account with this branch, at one point I was approached by one of the investments rep and have information on how I could invest my money, I told her I didn't know anything about buying and selling stock and that I needed to talk to my wife about it, she kept calling me for the next 4 months until I told my wife that she was telling me that it will be a very conservative investment and it will probably yield about 9% annually, so we made the decision to go for it, and we started losing money from the beginning, until 3 months later and 16k in losses we closed the account,I realize there is risks doing this, the thing that bothered me the most is that I never recieved a call from my investor, telling me if I wanted to keep going or change something, we trusted her from the beginning and things were not done as Belinda promised us, please be careful.

The drive through ATM is so old and outdated please update it!! It eats cash, takes forever and breaks down so much.

Manager is mentally challenged. I asked a teller to reverse a check deposit and they couldn’t. Before driving into the branch I called to check if it was possible and the answer was I don’t know. I get there and the teller wasn’t sure if she could, she tried and then had to call the manager over who said no can’t be done. The only reason I had to ask to reverse the check was because they said it was being held up because I owed a 12 service fee. By all means keep my 1100 dollars because I owe you 12 bucks. I then call the main line to ask for support and to find out why there was a hold on the account and they say there isn’t a hold. Ok so the manager does know the basics of how checking accounts work at her own bank. Bravo.

I deposited a check via the atm and it was never deposited due to atm error. After calling the error was said to be no signature on the back. I explained I know I signed the check. I then was told the signature was no eligible. I began to explain if most signatures are eligible. I was then told I would receive a copy of the check back to deposit it again in 10 days. Being that it was my paycheck and I've been going back and forth with chase for over a week already and adding an additional 10 days...it puts me in a very uneasy predicament that I am not comfortable with. I'm very disappointed and left at a loss as to how chase resolved my issue.

I have visited this branch for many years. I have always been treated with a lot of respect and the employees here are very professional and friendly. I am always had a good experience here. This branch location is very convenient to my home and work. Although it can be busy at times, I have not had to wait long. No problems here. I only recommended Chase Bank branch.

Laurine Ball was wonderful when we opened our daughter's account. She explained everything and was very nurturing to her as well. Educated her about having a checking account and the importance of safety. My daughter felt very comfortable with her, she was a Mom! Loved it!

I have a few banks to my name and chase is by far the least customer oriented. So I got covid survived it and in the process ran up a few overdrafts we'll say 5. I wanted 3 of them refunded. I spoke to the branch manager Laurine she wasn't willing to help blamed the issue on paypal and told me she wouldn't help because I wasn't doing my "due diligence" and "rectifying" "my problems". Lets be honest a branch manager has the power to help but she didnt. Sorry I got COVID sorry we're all out here trying to survive. So what are you worth to chase about $100 if they're not willing to help someone with small overdrafts, theres zero reason to believe they'll have your back when it comes to a mortgage or a car loan. Do not bank with them. - before going in for the safety of everyone I did call. They told on the phone "if you don't want overdrafts have funds in your account".... Been a customer since 2015

From the minute I walked into Chase in Bonita, the staff was warm and welcoming. Valerie Harrison helped me. She is a great listener and knew just how to handle what was needed to get everything taken care of. As a customer, I felt appreciated.
