So i live in Paradise hills and normally i would go to shops in narional city but i have alway past this place because i go to bonita alot i always seen them busy and because its in bonita i thought they would be quiet expensive. But ne how i needed to get a break inapection for peace of mind because a privious shop had done a break job for me that cost me an arm and a leg that ended up in just desaster they way over charged me didnt do what was supose to be fixed ect. So to be sure my breaks were in Fact safe to drive because they just didnt feel right i decided to have a break inspection done at the bonita valley. And all i can say is incredible ronnie took care of me and all the staff there were friendly really knowleagable i was in and out in no time ronnie went up and beyond in his customer service. I definitly found my new place i will be coming for future work done. The price was super fair. I had a great experiance i has all my questions answerd and left feeling safe about my car. Thanks a bunch!

I had left a review earlier this morning and now it's deleted what's the point of having reviews when you're going to delete the ones that show poor customer service. ANYWAYS the lady that I had wrote about was upset that I called her a Karen in the previous review and then called me to "try and make it better" but instead she immediately started the conversation with an attitude. I had previously wrote that I felt extremely judged by her as she looked me up and down with judgemet while I was trying to pick up my car. Instead if letting me share how I felt about my experience she kept talking over me. When I asked to speak she chuckles and kept quiet. I ended up ending the call due to disrespect. Needless to say I will not be returning nor will I recommend this place to anyone.

Ronnie and the team over at Bonita Valley Auto Care took great care of my truck. The repairs they did were done really quick and with great quality. Customer service is like I have never experienced with a mechanic shop, first time comming here but I have found a shop that I will be comming back to for all future car needs. Highly recommend BVAC

I would like to give a HUGE public thanks to Ronnie and the team for making us feel like family and helping us through a scary & stressful situation! You calmed this mom who was more than 500 miles away when her newly licensed daughter got in her first accident in a town we have zero family or friends in. I would like to say, we do now have friends at Bonita Valley Auto Care!!! I can’t thank you enough for the care and concern you showed us from the beginning, the great service you provided, the responsive and timely communication and absolutely going above and beyond any expectations I had!! BVAC fixed my suspension for a much lower price than was quoted to me by a dealership. The fact that they have a cashier on staff for a few hours after closing for pick up/drop off is very convenient.
While they had my car, a crack formed on my windshield. After informing them, Jose was very quick to call me to take responsibility for the crack. They had my windshield replaced at no cost to me as soon as they could. While a cracked windshield isn't great, I understand that sometimes accidents occur. I was worried that they would try to avoid responsibility but I'm glad to say they did just the opposite.
My first experience with BVAC is that they were affordable, transparent, and accountable and I will almost certainly bring my car to them for any future maintenance.
