The employees are very nice, but the price for a bouquet and the quality of flower is no where near reasonable. You’re better off going to Vons for $20 and getting a nicer bouquet with more flowers. I spent $40 for a bouquet that has 2.5 roses and some dirty pink flowers. Not worth it.

What a nice experience we had with Angela at Bonita Florist. We needed arrangements for a funeral, and she made the entire process simple and pleasant. We were able to do everything over the phone. The flower arrangements were beautiful and arrived on time (early actually). The cost was lower than the funeral home too. Thank you, Angela and Bonita Florist.

I can't express how wonderful my experience was with Bonita Florist. They went above and beyond to create something beautiful and original for my brother's funeral. I showed inspiration photos to the owner of the shop and she created something wonderful and as unique as my brother. The communication was great. The funeral was just a couple days after the shop reopened from the holidays and they were ready to go to make sure everything was processed and ordered. Thank you again to Bonita Florist for the time that you took to make create something for us. It really brightened the day a little bit. I know my brother would have loved it.

Bonita Florist has provided my family and I beautiful arrangements over the years. And they offer terrific delivery service even for big holidays like Mother's Day! I couldn't recommend a better place for all your bouquet needs.

I received the most BEAUTIFUL bouquet for my anniversary. THANK YOU Bonita Florist staff for amazing customer service and helping my partner select the most gorgeous arrangement for me. Sunflowers are my favorite flower and the roses were immaculate. I would highly recommend this florist for service with a smile and attention to detail for high end flowers.

Coming from the east coast there has been some bumps along the way with finding my "go to" people. With my mom passing unexpectedly, Angela and Janet went above and beyond with flower arrangements and delivered on time. Thank you so much for your welcoming customer service and creative displays. My honey usually ordered from them. The last couple times was nice. This time he ordered it for our 2nd Anniversary and it's the sloppiest job I have ever seen. All the roses look old and dry out as if it has been sitting out for a week now. The leaves was old, cracked, got bite marks probably from the caterpillars, and some leaves are ripped. It was nothing like before. As soon as it was delivered, I call the delivery person right away so they can come back and pick it up and see what I am talking about but she didn't answer so I called the shop and talk to one of the staff. I think her name was Anna. She asked me to take pictures of it and text it to her so I did. I even texted her and let her know that my honey have ordered from them all the times before and it was never like this. I asked them nicely either they arrange another one properly using new roses and plants or I will tell him to buy elsewhere and never ever order from their company again. I share my feedback with them and let them know that this is the sloppiest job I have ever seen and they contact him and tell him that I was threatening their staff. How is this threatening? When the owner came to pick up the arrangements, she came with a bitchy attitude. She asked where's the arrangement. I give it to her and she grab it , took off and said never call us again!! Wow, is that how you run your business??? You did a shitty job, the customer let you know and give you a chance to fix it and instead of fixing it, you tell them not to call again?? Horrible horrible staff and owner. They didn't even offer a resolution but have an attitude instead. They are definitely lack of customer services skills and need some good training on that part. Don't order from them. Very inconsistent and horrible customer services, especially from the owner.

I live in Aspen Colorado and I needed to have some flowers sent to a family member who lives in San Diego Ca. This was for the loss of my sister-in laws mother. This is already a difficult time for everyone. The flowers were delivered to the incorrect address. Who ever lived at that address didn't bother to call the florist. Hopefully, they enjoyed someone else's flowers. (Sad) The owner Angela, heard what happened and quickly corrected the situation. Angela, personally delivered the flowers to my sister-in-law. I am originally from San Diego, and I have a very large family that all live in the San Diego area. I now have my favorite florist in the San Diego area!! "Bonita Florist" Excellent customer service indeed. And the flowers were stunning!!

I ordered flowers from a group for a celebration of life to be held today. The person who took my order was professional and very friendly and helpful. I told her what I was looking for and she took it a step further. The arrangement was to be deli late yesterday and it was. The arrangement was absolutely lovely and the flowers beautifully fresh. Would recommend this florist.
