“I think all Chase branches in Southern California have friendly staff and efficient service but Chase in Bonita has got to be THE top tier of them all. FIVE star service….consistently, all smiles, caring, polite, professionals and extra efficient. Unless there’s a complicated transaction, I am usually in and out of Chase in no time. Love it!

Here’s an example of an efficient staff. I was the only one in line, one teller and then one customer had lined up after me. Out of nowhere, staff that greeted me earlier, walked over to the counter (teller side), and began to offer his assistance. Now that’s service, with a smile.

“I started my membership with Mission Federal Credit Union in 1976. I am recommending Mission Fed because over all those years my experience has been generally good. That said, I did have a bad experience at the Poway branch recently. I was charged twice for an international wire transfer. The branch manager, and the vendor that I wired the funds to each blamed each other for the “mistake”. I explained to the manager that I am just the consumer, and I trusted that they would know how to perform the transaction. That didn’t happen, and I had to pay an additional $40, for a total of $80, to wire funds overseas. Even though The Poway branch is much closer to me, I will be going to the Rancho Bernardo branch from now on since I have never had any issues with them.”
