48 Wharf Rd, Bolinas“I came into the store yesterday and will concur that Gerry does a GREAT job at collaboratively working with you, giving helpful feedback, and helping you find what works, fits well, and looks good on you and also an all around good guy!”
“Surf + Sand is a lovely boutique in Mill Valley with a highly curated selection of ethically made goods and female owned, sustainable brands! The founder, Lauren, has such beautiful taste and makes great personal recommendations. I really enjoyed my first time in the shop (and my new matching set for summer beach days) and I will be back again soon!”

29 Bolinas Rd, Fairfax“What can I say? Emma’s shop (both of them) are mindfully curated so it’s really hard to walk out empty handed. It’s my go-to spot for gifts and I love all the superfood powders and natural skincare she has there. Definitely worth the trip to Fairfax!”
“I have become a total coffee snob over the last 5 or 6 years and won't even waste my time with a mediocre cup of coffee. Longway has never let me down! It is my favorite! Incredible espresso drinks and great service. They also have some very cool unique items in the retail part of the store. Love this place!”

550 San Anselmo Ave, San Anselmo“LOVE this shop!!!!! What a wonderful shopping experience I had at OCN. I ended up getting a gorgeous fitted yet slouchy majorly comfy beautifully made Maison Hotel sweater. Love it. Really cool and unique pearl jewelry, stunning handmade moccasins. Just a really great and super pleasurable shopping experience. Everywhere you look makes you feel Aloha. They served me tea, we hung out a bit. And I was free to do my thing too. So special to connect with the shop owners Carlene and Jeff (did I spell it right?)”
“Wow… The pieces in here are so luxurious. Female owned business, with a passion for comfortable and beautiful goods. Handcrafted leather products, I got a shawl for my GF, and she loves it! They also have a store in SF on Filmore.”
“Love this store. They have beautiful jewelry and textiles and many other things of interest. It’s laid out well to be able to easily find what you’re looking for. Things are well priced. I’ve been shopping here for years. Highly recommended.”
“Best shop in Marin, hands down. Been shopping here for years and always find new and old favorites. Great small brands that still feel special and curated. The ladies at the store won't steer you wrong.”
“Lovely mix of practical and whimsical items, lovely owner. Love the selection of North Bay Candle Co candles, as well as unique jewelry and clothing. My go to for gifts all year round!”
“My new favorite place! I got some amazing quality clothes (including the jacket in brand new condition: pictured) and Vince Camuto boots (pictured) for a fantastic price! Some things there are vintage and some modern style. I also found a 1960’s vintage Disney Pluto plush that is the cutest toy I have ever seen. The store has a good amount of things without being annoying to look through or push all the hangers over to get one sweater out :)”

530 San Anselmo Ave, San Anselmo“I have been visiting this store for about three years and my wardrobe has definitely had a lift! This place has so many beautiful things and a lot of turnover, so there's always something new. All my interactions with the owner and the people working there have been very positive. I also appreciate when they've been honest enough to tell me when something doesn't work on me. In my view, that's good customer service.”
10AM - 6PM
14 Miller Ave, Mill Valley“My college roommate - of long ago - was visiting, so it was her first time visiting Mill Valley. Was so pleased that she was able to find several items with the patient, and very nice, but knowledgeable and professional help of the Margaret O'Leary's sales associate Ms. Lisa Marie. Thank. you for helping her visit to California be very enjoyable - and fruitful - in terms of purchasing some beautiful clothing. Your store always has such exquisite clothing; your sales persons, like Lisa Marie, are always so helpful, though never over-bearing. Thank you!!”

5010 Northgate Dr, San Rafael“I just had the best customer service experience I have had in a while. I came minutes before closing (like a jerk) and Charlie saved the day! Thank you so much for grabbing my order for me, absolutely the best!”

1000 Northgate Mall, San Rafael“I love that Macy's is still here. The team there could use some additional training when it comes to customer service. Helping customers patiently waiting in line is more important than go backs.”
“I live in chicago and stayed at a friends house summer 2020 - walked to this store- loved the location and the staff was nice. Fast forward to today - May 2021 - and I was looking for a sweatshirt sold out. I spoke to Lucy and she was so great!! She called around to sister stores, found the sweatshirt and called me back so I could order it. I'm sure it will be perfect when it arrives next week. I'm so happy you have employees like this @aviatornation! Shout out Lucy! Yay!!!”
“The workers told us how impossible finding a sold out pair of shoes would be. We couldn't find them online anywhere either. When I asked what stores I should target calling the young man, Francisco, said he would make the calls for me. He found the shoes after calling several stores. Then he had them shipped to Northgate and we are picking them up today! THANK YOU! Benny helped at the register too. Looks like the service here has TOTALLY changed since 2016.”
“Assembly of unique little treasures here you cannot find in one place anywhere in this cute little shop at the end of the world. A sort of reflection on the uber-progressive, late hippie ethos extant in these parts. Bumper-stickers très unique, Tibetan collectibles, scarves, textiles of the modern, beads, brass, bric-à -brac, etc. I'm heading out there just to get some bells today. Sometimes you get a free one-card tarot reading with check-out. Insouciant staff means you do not get pampered here. Prices reasonable, not esp cheap. Have a drink at Smiley's across the street whilst in town.”
